| Assembly building is widely used in the current engineering construction because of its outstanding characteristics such as improving production efficiency,saving energy and environmental protection.The joint strength of assembled structure is the most important index to ensure the safety of the whole structure,which is of great significance to ensure the reliability and durability of the whole structure.,At present,sleeve connection is mostly used in the joint connection of assembly structure.The detection technology of sleeve grouting compactness has always been one of the research hotspots in the field of civil engineering.The application of piezoelectric wave technology to the detection of sleeve grouting compactness is a new detection method.In this paper,the piezoelectric wave technology is used to analyze and detect the received signals on the surface of the grouting sleeve with the piezoelectric ceramic slice as the driver and actuator respectively.A method based on the piezoelectric wave technology is proposed to detect the grouting compactness of the sleeve.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Find out the reasons and forms of the uncompacted grouting materials in the process of sleeve grouting connection in the field operation;Because the sleeve grouting is in a closed state,the whole experimental process cannot be fully observed.The transparent grouting sleeve is made according to the size of the actual sleeve,the grouting connection simulation is carried out according to the actual grouting operation,and the causes and forms of the non dense grouting connection are analyzed;Analyze the reasons of the material itself,find out the possible influence of the change of the physical and chemical properties of the material itself on the compactness of the sleeve grouting;(2)Through the piezoelectric wave technology,taking the piezoelectric ceramic sheet as the actuator and receiver,and using different test methods to analyze the compactness of the sleeve grouting material,and comparing different methods and conclusions,the feasibility of the application of the piezoelectric wave method in the detection of the compactness of the sleeve grouting is studied.(3)Through the finite element software to simulate the sleeve grouting connectionprocess,and simulate the response signals of different density grouting sleeves under the same frequency excitation signal,get the relationship between the sleeve grouting density and the response signal,so as to verify the accuracy of the experimental research part. |
