The concrete distributor is an important part of the production line of precast concrete components,and the automatic control system is the key to the automation of the production line.The weight control system is a subsystem of the automatic control system of concrete distributor.Its control accuracy is directly related to the product quality of the precast concrete components.The calculation accuracy of the traditional screw conveying mechanism model of the concrete distributor is low,and the target value can’t be directly used as the target value for the weight control system.Therefore,the first task of realizing automatic weight control system is modeling and prediction of the completion of the screw conveying mass.In this paper,in order to realize the prediction of distribution weight,the method of establishing screw conveying mass model of concrete distributor is studied.(1)The theoretical study of the screw conveying of the concrete distributor.In order to provide a reasonable basis for the determination of the parameters established of the screw conveying mass forecasting model,and also to prepare for the development of the experimental scheme.The screw conveying process of the concrete distributor is studied from the aspects of stress and velocity.The influence factors of the screw conveying mass are classified,and the numerical simulation research is carried out by using the single variable analysis method,and the influence trend of each influencing factor on the screw conveying mass is obtained.The effect of the influence factors on the spiral conveying amount is analyzed.The effects of the influence factors on the screw conveying mass are analyzed,and it is concluded that the diameter of screw blade,pitch,screw rotating speed and filling rate have great influence on the screw conveying mass.(2)Research on establishing the mechanism model of screw conveying mass based on the law of conservation of energy.In view of the low calculation accuracy of the traditional screw conveying mass mechanism model,the incomplete consideration of influencing factors and the complex mechanism problems existing in the conveying process,a prediction model of screw conveying mass mechanism is established based on the law of conservation of energy.According to the screw conveying mechanism,the energy transformation in the screw conveying process is analyzed,and the screw conveying mass mechanism model is established by using the energy conversion relationship.Then the friction coefficient,filling rate and other parameters in the model are determined based on the experiment,and then the model is modified and improved.Finally,a new mechanism model of screw conveying mass is established,and the accuracy of the prediction model of screw conveying mass is improved.(3)Research on modeling of screw conveying mass based on BP neural network.In order to solve the problem that the mechanism model can not be studied endlessly because of the complexity of screw conveying mechanism,it is difficult to improve the prediction accuracy of mechanism model again.So according to the principle and calculation steps of BP neural network,the BP neural network model of 5-5-1 structure of screw conveying mass is established,and the experimental data are used to train and verify it.Then the prediction accuracy and stability of screw conveying mass are further improved.(4)Research on building a hybrid intelligent model based on mechanism-intelligence.In view of the problem that the BP neural network cannot be used to predict the screw conveying mass when concrete type or equipment parameters change,based on the error theory,combined with the traditional mechanism model and neural network deviation prediction model,the hybrid intelligent model of screw conveying mass is established.And the model is verified according to the experimental data.This model not only improves the forecast accuracy and stability of the screw conveying mass,but also avoids the problem that the entire weight control system cannot be used due to the calculation failure of the BP neural network model.The research on the method of establishing the prediction model of screw conveying mass of concrete distributor can realize the weight prediction of concrete distributor and provide the set value for the weight control system.Then it lays a foundation for the realization of automation and intelligence of concrete distributor.
