| 10/0.4kV distribution transformer is one of the most important electrical equipment in the power grid,and it has characteristics of large number and wide distribution.At present,the inspection mode of this type of transformer is still mainly manual,which is prone to problems such as transitional maintenance,under-maintenance and difficulty in early detection of latent faults.It is difficult to adapt to the development of the power grid because of problems such as stealth failures.Therefore,if the parameter monitoring and condition evaluation of 10/0.4kV distribution transformers can be achieved,it has a wide practical significance for promoting the development of smart power grid and improve the quality.This thesis takes 10/0.4kV distribution transformer as the research object.Firstly,based on the analysis of the factors that affect the status of such transformers,based on the combination of scientific,comprehensive,combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators,the electrical parameter evaluation indicators are selected.Test records and maintenance records evaluation indicators and appearance inspection evaluation indicators are used as the status evaluation indicators of this type of transformer.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the evaluation index of three different scale and the membership function are established,and based on multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is used to build the mainly electrical parameter evaluation index of transformer state evaluation strategy.Then,state evaluation strategy based on the needs of the sine function model algorithm is studied and the short circuit reactance online detection algorithm,at the same time in order to meet the demand of the sine function model algorithm,FDATool toolbox is used to design FIR digital filter,and then designed the distribution transformer parameter monitoring device and status evaluation system,in which the distribution transformer parameter monitoring device selected TMS320F28335 high-performance DSP and STM32F103RCT6 single-chip microcomputer to form a dual core architecture to control and detect Mainly designed the hardware circuit design and software system for the power supply,and the distribution transformer status evaluation system used Lab VIEW as a development tool to design functions such as parameter monitoring,status evaluation,and file establishment.Finally,the simulation model of short-circuit reactance online detection algorithm and transformer state assessment strategy are established by using Mat1 ab software and the simulation verification is carried out under a variety of conditions.According to the characteristics of the 10/0.4kV distribution transformer,this thesis designed the transformer condition assessment strategies and the parameters of the distribution transformer monitoring device and the condition assessment system to achieve the parameters of the 10/0.4kV distribution transformer monitoring and condition assessment function,the simulation results showed that the proposed distribution transformer can meet the 10/0.4kV distribution transformer condition assessment requirements,and it can givereasonable maintenance strategy based on the evaluation status,parameters for 10/0.4kV distribution transformer monitoring and condition assessment basis for practical application. |
