| In the past ten years,environmental protection and emission reduction have gradually become the mainstream consciousness of people.With the development of new energy and the automotive industry,new energy vehicles have attracted more and more attention.Among them,pure electric vehicles have begun to become another one of Volkswagen ’s car selection.Item selection.However,due to the battery’s own characteristics and the instability during charging and use,the battery module may have some safety hazards,which may lead to spontaneous combustion.Several spontaneous combustion incidents of electric vehicles such as NIO and Tesla have also proved this problem,so it is urgent to develop a battery warning platform to provide early warning of battery safety and achieve early prevention and control.In response to the above-mentioned problems,this thesis combines the business scenario of NIO Inc.,and designs a set of NIO automobile battery early warning system.During the driving and charging phases of electric vehicles,the data is sorted and summarized,and the historical data of the car battery is analyzed according to different battery warning algorithms,and the battery information that may have potential safety hazards is selected and recorded in the database,and then visualized by the data Displayed to provide engineers to confirm and issue warning information.The battery warning analysis platform uses the relevant components of the Hadoop ecosystem in the data collection and storage module to complete the collection,processing,and storage of data from the cloud,and uses the relevant components of the Spark ecosystem in the data calculation module to warn the battery historical data according to different battery warnings The algorithm performs calculations and stores the calculation results in My SQL.Finally,the Spring MVC framework is used for development in the data visualization module(probe)and can display detailed warning information and historical usage information of the battery pack.The battery warning analysis platform successfully solved the need for battery data analysis and warning of electric vehicles and successfully launched.After going online,many potential safety hazards in some battery packs were discovered,and the user was contacted to replace the battery pack,which initially solved the battery pack safety hazards. |
