| In the face of increasing energy demand and serious shortage of supply,the safe development and utilization of nuclear energy can effectively solve the dilemma of energy shortage.However,nuclear radiation has different degrees of harm to human beings,serious situations can even cause life failure,so the safe development and utilization of nuclear energy is urgent,and the development of equipment to ensure the safety of nuclear industry is also very important.Lubrication system can effectively ensure the stable operation of nuclear industry material transfer equipment,effectively prolong the service life of transfer equipment and increase economic benefits.In the research process,the lubrication system which can be quickly replaced in the nuclear industry transportation equipment is designed and developed by combining theoretical analysis,finite element simulation analysis and test analysis,and the feasibility of the lubrication system is verified by experiments.It can provide a reference for the development of device in other closed space.The main research contents are as follows:First,for structural design,3D design software Solidworks is used to establish the model.In order to provide the driving force for the oil circuit system,a quantitative oil supply system is designed.The rectangular spring is used as the energy storage spring,and the compression capacityof the release spring is used to push the piston down to compress the tank volume.In the face of the characteristic that the working property of the transshipment equipment is intermittent,a rapid replacement system is designed,and the oil circuit is opened when connected by using the fast insertion joint structure,and the seal oil circuit is closed in one direction when separated,and the lubrication system is divided into two parts.Easy to transport.In order to reduce the impact of vibration and collision in the process of rapid replacement of fuel tank,the vibration absorber floating head is designed according to the principle of vibration absorption to realize the smooth completion of rapid replacement of fuel tank.Second,the fluid simulation CFD software is used to simulate the flow field of lubricating oil in different outlet flow distribution FLUENT the flow state and velocity of lubricating oil are analyzed respectively.Last,through experiments,the uniformity of oil distribution and the flow rate of each branch pipeline are tested and analyzed,and the flow rate of lubricating oil at the outlet is uniform and stable by adjusting the flow control valve of each branch pipeline according to the proportion.The influencing factors of flow rate of each branch pipeline are analyzed.The results show that the lubrication system can meet the actual demand. |
