The telemetry and telecontrol system of near space vehicle is put forward different and more stringent requirements from the traditional aerospace and aviation telemetry and telecontrol.In order to improve the reliability of telemetry and telecontrol system of near space vehicle,adapt to the complex near space environment,and enhance the universality and interoperability of telemetry and telecontrol system of near space vehicle,it is necessary to study the hardware technology of telemetry and telecontrol terminal of near space platform.This is an important task to complete the development of telemetry and telecontrol system for near space vehicle.As the core of electronic information system of near space vehicle,telemetry and telecontrol terminal is the only link between air and ground,and its hardware reliability is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the idea of software defined radio to the hardware design of telemetry and telecontrol terminal of near space vehicle according to its own characteristics and requirements,so as to improve the universality,flexibility,compatibility and interoperability of telemetry and telecontrol communication of near space vehicle.At the same time,according to the harsh environment of near space,the project of telemetry and telecontrol terminal is researched and solved by using new technology and new method.The adaptability of near space environment can be improved.The research results of this project can be used to support the development and engineering realization of telemetry and telecontrol terminal of near space vehicle.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.1.The background and significance of the research on the hardware system of telemetry and telecontrol terminal of near space vehicle are discussed.According to the research direction of this technology field,the research and development status of other authors in this field are analyzed.The key points for further study are pointed out.The problems to be solved in this thesis are introduced.The problems that need to be solved in the paper are brought out.2.The hardware development task of telemetry and telecontrol terminal is combined,and the design principles of generalization,serialization and combination are determined.The main functions and technical requirements of the system are described.Intermediate frequency processing architecture,sensitivity and link pre calculation are demonstrated and analyzed in detail.Then,according to the main indicators and hardware architecture,the overall hardware implementation scheme is determined,and the hardware composition,working principle and cross-linking relationship are described.3.The hardware architecture of digital signal processing module based on software defined radio architecture is analyzed.According to the technical system,the hardware modules such as frequency conversion combination,RF front end,antenna and power supply are designed.The selection of main components involved in the circuit design of each module is analyzed.Then the hardware circuit diagram of each module and the layout of printed circuit board are designed and implemented.The external hardware interface design of the system is completed.4.The influence of near space environment characteristics on telemetry and telecontrol terminal hardware is demonstrated and analyzed.The hardware engineering solution to reduce the environmental impact is proposed.The environmental adaptability hardware design and engineering implementation scheme from the whole machine to the module are completed.The adaptability and reliability of telemetry and telecontrol terminal in the near space environment can be improved.5.In order to verify the main functions and technical indicators of telemetry and telecontrol,the system test items are summarized.According to the system test content,the test conditions are analyzed,and the detailed system test method is formulated.Through the test record results,the main functions and technical indicators of the system are analyzed,and the system test conclusion is drawn.
