In modern transportation,railway transportation is a universal and important form of transportation,which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the national economy.For a long time,wheel-rail contact damage has been a worldwide technical problem in the railway industry,and it has not been fundamentally resolved yet.And under the background of the development of railway transportation towards high speed and heavy load,the rolling contact wear of wheels and rails has become more serious.Therefore,according to the actual line conditions,a simulation test is performed on the rolling contact of the wheel and the rail.The finite element simulation software is used to simulate the rolling contact of the wheel and rail,study the contact characteristics between the wheel and the rail,and realize the three-dimensional display of wheel and rail wear.By studying the initiation and expansion mechanism of wheel-rail tread wear,it has important guiding significance for reducing wheel-rail damage,mitigating and suppressing rail wave wear,increasing its service life,and reducing rail transportation costs.Based on extensive research on the frictional wear of wheel and rail at home and abroad,this paper uses the existing equipment in the laboratory to perform the wheel and rail contact fatigue reproduction test on the GPM-30 A wheel and rail simulated rolling contact fatigue tester,and to perform different wheel samples.Wheel and rail sample abrasion test under normal conditions.Before the start of the simulation test,an acoustic sensor is arranged near the test stand to detect the rolling contact noise of the wheel and rail;the change of friction torque of the wheel-rail friction pair is obtained by using the computer control software that comes with the test machine;every 2 hours of the test,the mass loss of the sample is measured using an electronic balance.Amount of wear;use laser displacement sensor measuring equipment to measure the contour roundness amplitude of the sample wheel.A three-dimensional finite element model of wheel-rail rolling transient contact was established using ABAQUS,and the conditions of the wheel-rail rolling contact test bench were loaded on the finite element wheel-rail model.According to the wheel-rail contact theory,ABAQUS / Explicit was used to analyze the transient contact of wheel-rail rolling.Based on the rolling contact test of wheel and rail samples,the finite element simulation results are compared and analyzed with the test results to verify the validity of the finite element wheel and rail sample contact model,and a real wheel and rail finite element contact model is established.The research results show that:(1)The larger the size of the wheel sample,the smaller the noise sound pressure value brought by the wheel-rail friction pair,and the change trend of the noise sound pressure value with time is: first increase,then decrease,and finally stabilize and stabilize.The subsequent noise sound pressure value is greater than the initial sound pressure value;(2)The larger the sample size of the wheel,the smaller the friction torque of the wheel-rail friction pair,and the change trend of the friction torque with time is: first increases sharply,then slowly rises,and finally tends to Stable,and the friction torque after stabilization is larger than the initial value;(3)The larger the sample size of the wheel,the smaller the amount of wheel wear,and the greater the amount of rail wear.After 8 hours of the test,the wear of the wheel and rail samples increased significantly,and the polygonal wear of the wheel samples showed significant polygonal wear.The larger the wheel sample size,the smaller the amplitude of the out-of-roundness of the wheel-rail friction pair tread contour.Generally speaking,the amplitude of the out-of-roundness of the tread profile is increasing with time,and the main frequency is 100 Hz,which is consistent with the peak frequency of wheel-rail rolling noise.Through the above research,the change law of rolling contact wear of wheel and rail samples was obtained.In wheel-rail contact,the force of the wheel is significantly greater than that of the rail,so the change of the wheel is worse than the rail,and the wear is also greater than the wear of the rail.
