Financial management as the core component of enterprise operation and management,in the enterprise management plays a vital role,comprehensive budget management,financial analysis,risk control and so on value more and more is applied to the enterprise daily management activities,enhance the level of financial management to improve enterprise’s market competition is becoming more and more significant.In the era of rapid development of Internet technology,increasingly scientific and standardized enterprise management,to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprise financial management,and launch various favorable policies,more and more large enterprises as an opportunity to start trying to transformation and upgrading of existing financial management pattern,Shared by building their own financial center,seeks to match the enterprise actual financial Shared services model,in order to realize the transformation of financial management,improve enterprise value.At present,China is constantly promoting supply-side reform,upgrading and optimizing the industrial structure and energy structure,and the situation of overcapacity in the power generation industry is becoming increasingly prominent.Faced with the challenge of the new situation,power generation enterprises realize the importance of deep tapping potential energy,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,improving enterprise resource allocation efficiency,building financial sharing and promoting enterprise financial management transformation to enhance enterprise value.However,how to effectively promote the financial transformation and upgrading of enterprises by establishing financial sharing has become a difficult problem facing all enterprises at present.This paper takes Shandong Power Generation Company as the research object,goes deep into the actual operation of the enterprise,introduces the relevant management theory,analyzes the current situation of financial management of Shandong power generation company,and through the study of the construction and operation of the company’s financial sharing center,comp ares and analyzes the changes and impacts brought to the enterprise before and after the online operation of financial sharing.The specific research is as follows:Chapter 1:the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods.The second chapter:related concepts and theoretical basis,using the theory of economies of scale,specialization theory,principal-agent theory,internal control theory and Shared service theory,defines the concept of the paper.The third chapter:the current situation of financial management,combined with the current situation of financial management of Shandong power generation,elaborated the current financial management mode of the enterprise,and analyzed the existing problems of financial management.Chapter four:the influence of the construction of financial sharing center on the financial management of Shandong Power Generation and the necessity of financial management transformation are analyzed.Chap ter five:The path and effect of financial management transformation,points out the path of financial transformation of Shandong power generation,and further analyzes the importance of financial management transformation to the long-term development of enterprises based on the results obtained after the establishment of the financial sharing center.Chapter six:Conclusion,pointed out that financial sharing effectively supported the financial management transformation,financial sharing has achieved a certain effect,but Shandong power generation still needs to further promote the financial transformation.
