| Heat and electricity are related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and occupy an irreplaceable position.However,with the further deepening of the power reform,competition in the power market has become increasingly fierce.In particular,Gansu has a large installed capacity and low overall power consumption.The development of the power market is not optimistic.In recent years,in order to cope with climate change,promote a green and low-carbon transition,and build a community with a shared future for mankind,the country has placed ecological civilization construction in a prominent position.The State Council,the National Development and Reform Commission,and the National Energy Administration have issued relevant documents to limit carbon emissions.All these pose a certain threat to the development of coal power companies,causing them to face severe internal and external environments.How to survive and develop in such a severe environment is an urgent problem for every thermal power company.Lanzhou Fanping Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.has contributed to the power balance of the Northwest Power Grid since it was put into operation in 2011.However,with the deepening of power reform and the further tightening of environmental protection policies,enterprises must fundamentally change their development concepts and strategies.Based on the relevant theories and analytical methods of strategic management,this paper analyzes the internal environment of Lanzhou Fanping Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,such as the resource capacity,uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment,and uses the Porter five forces model to analyze the industry environment,The qualitative analysis results are scored and assigned by hiring experts,and the IFE and EFE matrices are further used for quantitative analysis.It is concluded that Fanping Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.makes good use of external opportunities,can respond appropriately to existing opportunities and threats,and can More effective use of existing opportunities to offset some of the adverse effects of external threats.However,the company’s internal advantages are not fully utilized,and there is no scientific understanding of its own disadvantages and sufficient remedy measures.Based on this,nine alternative strategies in the four aspects of SO,WO,ST,and WT are proposed.Finally,the SWOT-QSPM model is constructed to determine the growth strategy that utilizes internal advantages and external opportunities,and the reversal type that uses external opportunities to adjust its own disadvantages.The two strategies are the green development strategies of Lanzhou Fanping Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.Specifically,Lanzhou Fanping Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.should strengthen scientific research and improve marketing capabilities;promote the integration of production,education and research,and enhance the independent innovation capabilities of enterprises;accelerate the construction of a green technology innovation system,and adhere to the coordinated development of industry,economy,and ecological civilization.The road to green development can improve energy efficiency management and control,and realize the green efficiency of enterprises. |
