Design And Implementation Of Power Company Off-site Audit System

In the project management of power company,audit management is a very important business.At present,the audit work of all kinds of project in the power supply company the author worked in is still lack of special software system,and the manual on-site audit is still needed.Therefore,the company has implemented a set of off-site intelligent audit system to replace the current manual on-site audit work mode.The thesis firstly analyzes the business model of on-site audit of power company modular projects,sorts out the business process of on-site audit,and explores the design of an off-site intelligent audit system for power company in accordance with the power company's project audit business requirements and overall system goals.The system designed in the thesis includes 4 first-level functional modules such as audit preparation management,audit implementation management,audit report management,and system management,and 11 sub-functional modules such as project data acquisition,audit project drafting,and audit project query.The system uses Java Web development technology,establishes a functional framework of Web applications on Java EE6,Servlet3.0,and JSP2.2 platforms,and publishes services under the support of Web tools.It uses the SSM model that includes Spring,Spring MVC and My Batis components to integrate The required functions of this system are integrated into components,the Oracle database already used by the power company is used,and the database account is directly added to it,so as to automatically realize the cross-platform acquisition of the project data to be audited.The system designed in the thesis can encapsulate the audit business as an audit project,and conduct business management in an independent audit project mode,achieve the effect of off-site audit,and realize the online processing of project audits;automatically follow the selection of project personnel to carry out projects to be audited Intelligent acquisition of audit materials of the company,and set the audit amount according to the project type and content;realize the information flow of each business link of the power company's project audit,and achieve the digitization of business management;collect system intelligent audit result data,and intelligently update project audit status in PMS and ERP.Finally,the function and performance of the system were tested and analyzed in a simulated environment through the black boxtest method,and the function and performance of the system reached the research and development goals.The system can conduct intelligent data interaction with power company's PMS,ERP and other project management related software,and the audit management business of the project can be integrated management and off-site audit management to realize the informatization,intelligent and paperless,and improve the efficiency of audit management.Through intelligent data interaction through project management software related such as PMS and ERP of power company,the system can integrate project audit management business and off-site audit management,realize the informatization,intelligence,and paperless of the audit business of power company,and improve the efficiency of audit management.
