Research On The Design Of Automobile Steering Wheel Based On Driver’s Behavior Habit

The design of automobiles and related products has always been the object of extensive attention by product designers in the design world.Because of the unique technical beauty of automobiles and the beauty of structure and shape,the exploration of the structure and aesthetics of automobiles and related products has high economic and social significance.Cars have experienced a century of development,and their shapes and technologies have gradually matured.Nowadays,cars are one of the preferred means of transportation for people because of their high operating penetration rate and easy-to-accept prices.As the car component that has the most contact with the driver,the car steering wheel naturally needs to interact with the driver.The design and research of the car steering wheel is also very necessary for the development of car design.On the other hand,with the gradual improvement of living standards,people’s demand for products has also begun to increase,and the safety of products has also become more important,especially in transportation,where people pay more attention to safe travel.In this article,the relationship between products and user behavior will be explored,and the research on user behavior will extend to the analysis of driver’s behavior and habits,focusing on analyzing and solving the causes of driver’s bad behavior and unsafe driving behavior.The media promptly corrects and guides drivers’ bad habits,so as to make the manual driving environment safer,and at the same time to better integrate the background of the era of intelligent transportation.In the design and research of automobile steering wheel,this article will combine the existing background and the behavior of the driver to carry out the innovative design of the steering wheel.It is mainly divided into the following three aspects: One is the research and analysis of the development of automobile steering wheels,the modelling man-machine design specifications,and the analysis of the factors and reasons for the evolution of steering wheels.Analyze the characteristics and family characteristics of typical automobile manufacturers’ steering wheels,and combine the era background of intelligent transportation to find technical and theoretical support for automobile steering wheel design.The second is behavioral theoretical research and analysis,searching for literature on user behavior analysis;issuing survey questionnaires,collecting and sorting out the driver behavior habits data,focusing on analyzing and analyzing driver behaviors with hidden dangers,and finally sorting them into a more complete driving Employee needs.Third,in the design link,combined with existing science and technology,the driver’s behavioral habits analysis data and requirements obtained from the above research are proposed to design and practice the steering wheel of a specific type of actual vehicle,and solutions to existing problems are proposed.Combining the background of intelligent transportation,try to combine intelligent monitoring technology with the steering wheel of the car,propose a design plan,and conduct the evaluation and verification of the structure and related users of the design,aiming to make the driver more convenient to travel and safe driving,and to explore the future of the steering wheel Sense of shape.
