With the rapid development of our country's economy, people's need for spiritual and cultural needs is continuously increasing, which also puts forward higher requirements on the city environment. As a space open to the public, city parks are important places to meet people's spiritual and cultural needs. Therefore, how to properly and effectively evaluate city parks is particularly important. Our country's current evaluation of city parks mainly refers to the following evaluation indicators: Urban park green space per capita, greening rate, percentage of greenery coverage, etc. The research on city parks is mostly qualitative research, and the convenience of reaching parks and the fairness of use is relatively lacking, and there is a lack of comprehensive quantitative analysis of city residents' use experience. The research object of this paper is the comprehensive park in the main urban area of Shenyang. The theoretical basis is the related theory of space syntax. The method of quantitative analysis is used to analyze the accessibility of the comprehensive park in the main urban area of Shenyang from the perspective of topological network using SPSS and Depthmap software.According to the analysis results, find the existing problems and propose strategies to optimize the spatial layout of city parks.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the space syntax of Shenyang Comprehensive Park, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In general, the global accessibility and local accessibility of comprehensive parks in the main urban area of Shenyang are basically the same as the average road accessibility, which is at a medium level. The average perceived accessibility of parks exceeds the average value of roads, but different parks have large differences in perceived accessibility. The psychological accessibility level of the park matches the road space efficiency value.(2)From the perspective of each administrative region, the comprehensive park in Heping District is at the optimal level in terms of overall, psychological and part accessibility.Tiexi District and Shenhe District are at an intermediate level, while Dadong District only has better perceived accessibility.Accessibility levels in other regions are at the end.(3)Combined with the current situation of comprehensive parks in Shenyang, five issues are summarized following. The number of comprehensive parks in Shenyang is small and the spatial layout is uneven. The current layout and accessibility of comprehensive parks are to some extent misaligned. The level of perceived accessibility between comprehensive parks is different and there is a large level difference between each other. The psychologicalaccessibility of the comprehensive park does not match its scale. There are certain differences in the accessibility between the administrative districts of Shenyang.(4)Based on the theoretical support of the research in this paper, suggestions and optimization strategies are provided for the optimization of the accessibility layout of comprehensive parks in Shenyang. It is recommended to improve the urban road network structure, improve the attractiveness of the park itself, adopt different layout strategies for different urban spaces, rationally configure the park layout in combination with population density, establish a new park evaluation index system based on the space syntax theory, and improve the accessibility of the park for future park construction in Shenyang.
