Based on the western slope prevention project of Sichuan Minjiang Electrochemical Co.,Ltd.in Tuanjie Village,Mao County,this paper deeply analyzes the deformation and failure characteristics of the landslide and existing anti-slide piles through data collection,field investigation,detection and monitoring methods.Then,based on theoretical calculations,the performance of anti-slide piles under different damage conditions is evaluated.Finally,study the reinforcement measures of anti-slide piles.The thesis mainly achieved the following results:(1)The cross-sectional dimensions of each anti-slide pile,the condition of the prestressed anchor cable of the pile body,and the deformation and cracking of the Plate between piles were investigated and sketched.The detection found that the actual cross-sectional size of the anti-slide pile is smaller than the original design(average reduction of 9.46%);the prestressed anchor cable of the pile body has all failed;the Plate between piles deformation of the 4# pile at the southern end of the landslide and the 16#?22# pile at the northern end of the landslide The rupture is more serious than the 5#?15# pile in the middle of the landslide.(2)In 2018 and 2019,the total station was used to monitor the displacement of the sliding pile top.The monitoring found that after heavy rainfall in June 2018,the displacement of the top of the anti-slide pile increased rapidly;after the implementation of emergency treatment measures,the displacement rate of the top of the anti-slide pile decreased rapidly;monitoring in 2019 found that the displacement of the pile top remained basically unchanged.(3)At the beginning of 2019,the Digital display goniometer was used to detect the tilt angle of all anti-slide piles,and the Inclinometer was used to dynamically monitor the tilt of the pile body.The detection and monitoring found that the anti-slide piles south of the 5# pile have a relatively small slope of about 4° on average;the anti-slide piles north of the 5# pile have a tilt angle of about 10°.According to the monitoring results,the tilt angle of the anti-slide piles will no longer increase after the emergency rescue and reinforcement,indicating that the anti-slide pile system after the emergency rescue and reinforcement is in a basically stable state and still has a certain anti-slide capacity.(4)Anti-slide piles concrete core detection,panoramic image detection and acoustic wave test results show that: the actual length of the tested 2 anti-slide piles(22.0m,22.4m)is less than the original design pile length(26.0m);inside the pile body Cracks occur and the anti-slide pile is in a cracked working state.(5)The mechanical models corresponding to different failure conditions of anti-slide piles are established.The anti-slide capability of anti-slide piles under design conditions was analyzed,and the effects of insufficient cross-sectional size,insufficient pile length,prestressed anchor cable failure and pile cracking on the anti-slide capability of sliding piles were evaluated.On the basis of detection and evaluation,it is concluded that the anti-slide pile system is in a dangerous state.(6)Based on the evaluation of the suitability of the anti-slide pile reinforcement measures,a combination of grouting reinforcement of the rock and soil body in front of the pile and the reinforcement of the pile body is proposed to strengthen the anti-slide pile.
