With the concept of "lightweight" of automobiles,the use of lightweight materials has become the main way to reduce vehicle weight,energy consumption,and body weight.Among all metal materials,aluminum alloy materials have the most significant weight reduction,which can reduce vehicle weight by up to 60%,greatly reducing energy consumption,and improving safety performance and comfort.Aluminum alloys have been widely used as lightweight metal materials.application.Improving the processing of aluminum alloys will become increasingly important.The hot forming process can improve the forming properties of high-strength aluminum alloy materials.Therefore,this paper chooses 0.8 mm thick 6061 aluminum alloy sheet as the research object,and explores the forming properties of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures through thermal tensile experiments,Dynaform finite element numerical simulation,and cold and hot stamping.Based on the Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine,tensile experiments were performed on 6061 aluminum alloy sheet to obtain mechanical parameters such as stress-strain curve and elongation of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet at different temperatures.According to the stress-strain curve of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet,it is transformed and combined with the finite element software Dynaform to realize the simulation of the drawing of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet from room temperature to 450?,which provides a reference for stamping experiments.The limit drawing experiment of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet was carried out using H1F-60 servo press to study the trend of limit drawing ratio at each temperature.In addition,the deep-drawn parts are cut along the longitudinal section,and the thinning rates of the three regions of the straight wall,rounded corners and bottom of the cylindrical part are compared with those in the simulation,and the trends of the thinning rates in different regions are observed.Finally,the significance of sheet metal forming was studied with the help of orthogonal experiment table,and the optimal process parameters and influence of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet metal forming were obtained according to the analysis of variance and analysis of variance.Studies have shown that the elongation of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet increases 115% with increasing temperature,and the stress value does not change significantly.When the temperature exceeds 250 °C,the material's stress value decreases by 54%,and the plastic properties are obvious.Promotion.In the Dynaform simulation experiment,the 6061 aluminum alloy has the best forming ability when the blank diameter is 43.75 mm,the blank holding force is 10 KN,and the punching speed is 10%.With the help of the hot forming process,the ultimate drawing size of 6061 aluminum alloy can be increased,which improves the stamping and forming properties of the material.The ultimate drawing ratio of the material is increased from 1.67 at room temperature to 2.62 at 400°C,and the ultimate drawing performance is increased by 57%.Under certain conditions,the formability of the material will also be affected by blank holder force and punching speed.It can be seen from the longitudinal section that the variation of the thinning rate of the finite element simulation and the stamping experiment shows a high degree of consistency.The optimal process parameters of the 6061 aluminum alloy sheet under hot forming conditions were obtained through orthogonal tests,that is,a temperature of 400°C,a blank holding force of 8KN,and a stamping speed of 20%,in which the temperature has a significant effect.The stamping speed has a more significant effect.
