Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's railway construction is changing with each passing day,and the construction of high-speed railways has entered a new level of high speed,speed and safety.Because there are a large number of early-built service tracks,with the increase of operating time,various diseases and hidden dangers frequently occur.Therefore,data monitoring,disease analysis,maintenance and repair of the track should be well done to improve the life and safety of the track operation,especially important.In this paper,the type ? longitudinal continuous track is taken as the research object,and the method of combining data statistics and theoretical simulation is used to carry out the following research on the interlayer damage of the track under temperature load and train dynamic load:First,according to the monitoring requirements of the track,a detailed monitoring plan was designed,and the internal full-time temperature and extreme temperature data of the track system were monitored and analyzed.Data monitoring can be used to analyze the health status of the rail system,and also provide boundary conditions for the simulation analysis of the track plate interlayer damage characteristics and the track plate planting reinforcement maintenance strategy under the temperature load of the track plate.Then,in order to analyze the damage mechanism of the track slab under the action of temperature load and train dynamic load,a dynamic model of the track slab is established based on the finite element theory.Admas is used to establish a multi-rigid-body mechanical model of the train,and the dynamic load of the train is obtained by simulation,which is used as the boundary condition of the dynamic load input in the finite element simulation.Then,the dynamic performance of the train under dynamic load is simulated and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the performance evaluation and maintenance of the track plate.Secondly,the characteristics of the displacement and stress distribution between the track slabs under different temperature loads are analyzed in detail to obtain the damage characteristics between the track slabs under different temperature loads.Provide theoretical comparison data for the subsequent repair of planting bar under gradient temperature.Finally,the pre-reinforcement treatment of the planting reinforcement and the mortar injection technology were used to design the reinforcement scheme,and then the simulation of the planting reinforcement scheme was verified by finite element simulation analysis.The results show that through the reinforcement method in this paper,the displacement and stress of the track plate are effectively reduced,and the risk of damage to the track plate caused by temperature changes and train load impact can be greatly reduced.
