In order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the technological level of production of Alisma plantago-aquatica Linn from Sichuan and establish standardized production base,we carried out research on effects of transplanting date and field structure on yield and quality Alisma plantago-aquatica.In this study,three factors and three levels orthogonal pilot program to explore effects of the yield and quality on transplanting period,wide and narrow row planting density on Alisma plantago-aquatica,The main conclusions are as follows:1.Effects of transplanting period and field structure on Alisma plantago-aquatica dynamic growthThere are effects of density and transplanting periodon the sichuan alisma corm size.Alisma tuber formation in the early,early and earliertransplanting period,medium density,row spacing and small spacing processing,tuber is significantly greater than other processing.In the middle of the jersey,early transplanting period,high density and smaller spacing is significantly greater than other treatment.High density in late diarrhea tuber bulking,promote the growth of its diameter.Integrated the whole growth period,conventional transplanting,medium density and the same space is the optimal combination of the bulb diameter growthfor alisma.2.Effects of transplanting period and field structure on Alisma plantago-aquaticamatter accumulationThere are effects of density and transplanting periodon the leaf fresh weight.Growth prophase,late transplanting period,high density,and row spacing is significantly greater than eralytransplanting period,high density and small spacing.Growth of middle,late transplanting period,high density,and equal spaceing is extremely significantly greater than earlytransplanting period,high density and smallerspacing treatment.At the later growth stage,the differences between the groups is not significant.The leaf fresh weight conventional transplanting,high density and smaller space combination achievesthe maximum average.There are effects of ransplanting period,density and spacingon leaf drying rate.Growth prophase,earliertransplanting period,high density,larger spacing is significantly greater than earliertransplanting period,smaller density and equal spacing.Growth in the middle,early transplanting period,medium density and equal spacing is significantly greater than the early transplanting period,low density and equal spacing.Earlier transplanting period,high density and small spacing is significantly greater than early transplanting period,high transplanting period medium density and equal spacing.Later early transplanting period,high density and large spacing treatment is significantly greater than the late transplanting period,high density and equal spacing treatment.At late growth stage,early transplanting period,low density and equal spacing is significantly more than late transplantingperiod,high and middle density and equal space treatmen.Early transplanting,high density and the bigger space is the optimum combination for alisma alcohol soluble extract.There are effects of spacing and transplanting periodon the total ash content.Growth prophase,the differences between the groups is not significant.Growth in the middle,early transplanting stage,high density and small spacing is significantly greater than earlytransplanting period,high density and large spacing.But the difference was not significant between the groups at later growth stage.Later translanting,mediun density and the same space is the lowest total ash composition.There are effects of spacing and transplanting period of acid insoluble ash content.Growth prophase,late transplanting period,high density and spacing is significantly greater than latetransplanting period,middle and low density and spacing.Growth in the middle earlier transplanting period,high density and smaller spacing.is significantly greater thanlate transplanting period,low density and smaller spacing.At later growth stage,earlytransplanting period,high density and large spacing is significantly greater than early and late transplanting than early and earliertransplanting period,all density and spacing Settings.Later transplanting,low density and the smaller space is the highest combination of starch content.There is different degree of effects of transplanting period,density and spacing on sichuan alisma production andquality.Appropriate phase transplanting period,density,spacing can effectively promote sichuan alisma the improvement of production and quality.In this study,combination later transplanting,mediun density and the bigger space is the optimal combination.According to the different requirements and needs to set the cultivation scheme.Later transplanting period can win more time for crop before,low density can decrease the cost of cultivation,the larger spacing can win more time and space for crop after.In this way,can we obtain greater economic benefits.
