Peanut is an cash crop with highfat and protein content, which is one of the important oil crops in China.During the stage of production and storage, peanut are vulnerable to Aspergillus flavus and cause serious aflatoxin contamination, which affects food security.Solving aflatoxin contamination is imminent Currently, breeding the anti-aflatoxin peanut variety is considered as the most safe, economical and efficient method to solve the problem.Since the interaction mechanism among peanuts-,Aspergillus flavus and environment is still unclear,no peanut varieties or genes were found that could completely eliminate aflatoxin contamination. In this study, the seeds of a peanut RIL population contain 210 pedigrees and their parents were evaluated for the seeds infection-resistance test. The statistics analysis of the Aspergillus flavus infection index and infection rate of each RIL line showed that there are significant differences among each line, and the variation range are wide and the distribution are continuous, these characteristics consistent with genetic law of quantitative characters.According to the resistance performance of each line, eight pedigrees are more resistant than paternal and four pedigrees are more sensitive than female were screened out.The genome DNA of 316 pedigrees and their parents from a peanut RIL population were sequenced, and 371,638 SNP tags were obtained.Among these tags,4561 tags comply with the parental depth and RIL group classification standard. Then, trim the tags of less than 70%integrity and severe segregation distortion, finally got 1975 tags.Analying these tags by HighMap software,a genetic linkage map containing 1975 SNP markers covering 20 linkage groups, was constructed, the map distance is 979.91cM,and the average distance is 0.5cM.Finally,by combining peanut seeds resistant data together with the peanut genetic linkage map,two QTL of peanut seeds susceptibility to Aspergillus flavus are located, and one of it takes 17.17%of total variance. These results will provide with basis for breeding peanut with resistance to Aspergillus flavus.
