In the nature,plants are various and have different forms.They bring a beautiful scenery to our world.Plant leaves is an important part of itself,it plays a key role for the growth of plants.The color change of the blade shows the change of plant physiology,the result is construct of plant internal physiological and external environment.Rice is a survival food to human beings,the rice at tillering stage is an important period in the process of rice growth,at the same time,it has a great impact on rice production,make it stable and high.Therefore,this article is based on the rice as the research object,the simulation study on the tillering stage of rice leaf color changes is of great importance to build a virtual rice and explore digital rice cultivation.The research is based on rice of jinyou458(hybrid)and zhongjiazao35(regular),select rice growth period is longer and has a larger effect on rice yield tillering stage of a leaf color change color rendering simulation research.Through the cultivation of rice variety tested,get their chlorophyll change data,provide real and reliable data for the research.First of the research is to test the operation of continuous acquisition of rice leaf image preprocessing: by means of rice leaf blade after image segmentation to obtain to color the overall outline,at the same time through the gray level co-occurrence matrix to get the rice leaf grayscale texture picture,the groundwork for the late rice leaf color rendering.After,put forward two kinds of rice leaf blade change simulation research method: the chlorophyll relative content and leaf SPAD value carries on the quantitative analysis of the relationship between characteristic value of RGB color,establish rice leaf SPAD values and leaf mathematical relationship model of RGB color components;Will the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and carotenoids density and corresponding leaf color component RGB values for the multivariate linear regression analysis,establish rice leaf chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,the carotenoids density and leaf mathematical relationship model of RGB color components.Based on this,puts forward the use of computer graphics techniques to realize visualization simulation,rice leaf color change by BRDF surface reflection and diffuse the two forms of expression,the BRDF algorithm and experimental analysis of combined mathematical relation model,to build the rice leaf color change simulation model based on SPAD value and the rice leaf color change simulation model based on the pigment density.
