Biochar is organic matter in anaerobic conditions under a certain temperature of thermal decomposition of high carbon product.In the past few years,biological black charcoal farm is mainly focused on its carbon emissions.But so far about biological black charcoal agricultural soil forms and know little about the effect of nitrogen leaching.This thesis is divided into three parts,one is the NH4 + and NO3-adsorption experiment,NH4Cl as the representative of NH4 +-N is used to obtain absorption isotherm(NO3--KNO3);Second,NH4 + and NO3-soil column leaching experiment,the indoor simulation of soil column experiment,the determination of penetrating fluid of NH4 +-N,NO3--N.Three is to pot experiment,the soybean as test object,corn,black carbon as the experimental material,through three carbon levels(1%,5%,10%)and two nitrogen levels(50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg)random mixed into the soil,were analyzed.Biological black carbon adsorption and leaching experiment research on the influence of soil nitrogen leaching,pot experiment study the black carbon in rhizosphere soil n forms and related microbes,and plant height,hundred grain weight and other biological indicators research black carbon effect on growth and yield of soybean.The study found that biological carbon black into the reduced nitrogen leaching.In adsorption experiment,NH4 +and NO3-the largest adsorption capacity(q0)were 2.14 mg·g g-1 and 1.68 mg · g-1.In the leaching test,biological carbon black into the slowed the NH4 + and NO3-move down,make it stay on 20 cm soil column leaching layer.Biological black charcoal on soil biological nitrogen-fixing bacteria,ammonifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria number have promote role.Biological carbon black into the enhanced intensity of soil nitrogen fixation.Seedling,flowering and podding period there were significant differences.Ammoniation looked from the overall strength,in flowering and podding stage and drum stage,5%of ammoniation processing of biological black carbon intensity were significantly higher than that of CK treatment.Looked from the overall strength,nitrification in seedling stage and flowering and podding stage,N2Y5 and N1Y5 processing of rhizosphere soil nitrification intensity and CK treatment there were significant differences.Period and mature period,the drum grain only N2Y5 treatment and CK exist significant difference.Creatures with the proper use of black carbon improves the rhizosphere ammonia nitrogen content.Seedling stage,flowering and podding and drum grain of ammonia nitrogen content exist significant differences between different treatment(p<0.05).Reasonable applying biological carbon black content of nitrate nitrogen utilization play a key role,in seedling stage to the drum period,5%of black carbon treatment were significantly higher than that of CK treatment,in the mature period,10%of black carbon treatment of rhizosphere soil NO3-N content compared to CK treatment significantly reduced.Compare various processing,in addition to the mature N2Y5 processing of rhizosphere soil microbial biomass nitrogen content were higher than other processing.From the various processing,the comparison between the N2Y5 except drum grain period under the treatment of rhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon content were higher than other treatment,suggesting that the right amount of shi into the biological carbon black can improve the content of soil microbial biomass carbon.Overall rhizosphere soil pH is increased,applied in the processing of black carbon in various periods pH value were significantly higher than that of CK treatment.From the comparison between the groups,in addition to the drum grain phase biological carbon black under the treatment of rhizosphere soil water content is higher than other treatment,suggesting that shi into the biological carbon black soil water-holding performance has a certain role in promoting.Biological black carbon effect on plant height of soybean was reduced to promote first.Biological carbon black into shi increased soybean pod number per plant,improve the soybean dry weight above ground and underground parts of dry weight,grain weight per plant increased soybean and soybean grain weight,in conclusion,the biological carbon black were into to a certain extent,promote the growth of soybean,yield of soybean.
