Study On Identification And Artificial Domesticated Cultivation Of Irpex Lacteus From Changbai Mountain

Irpex lacteus is a new type of medicinal fungi developed in recent years,containing a variety of medicinal ingredients,it has a significant contribution to the treatment of glomerulonephritis,which is great market potential for development of precious medicinal fungi.But Irpex lacteus was growing stringent environmental requirements,and it usually in a large number of thunderstorm days before breeding,combined with accelerated development in recent years.So that the wild Irpex lacteus resources decreased showing shortage phenomenon.Therefore,we collected the wild Irpex lacteus from Changbai mountain,and we analysised the ITS sequence to indicate the tested material is Irpex lacteus.As well as,we used single factor experiment to study the the mycelia nutritional conditions,culture characters,and artificial domesticated conditions.The research results are as below:1.The ITS sequence identification results showed that the test strains is Irpex lacteus.It validated morphological identification results.2.The YPAD medium is the best medium for mycelia growth;Irpex lacteus mycelia could grow in the range of 29-32?,but 29? is the best;and mycelia could grow in the range of pH value range of 6.5-7.5,with 7 is the best pH value,the mycelia unbandage treatment could promot the growth and dry weight accumulation of Irpex lacteus.3.Mycelia grew fastest with a rate of 7.571 mm·d-1,a full bottle-reaching time of 20 days,while cultured on the protospecies medium composed of sawdust 41.5%,beanstalk 41.5%,wheat bran 10%,soybean meal 5%,gypsum 1%,sugar 1%,and the mycelia were more tense and thick,significantly superior to others.4.The most suitable medium for Irpex lacteus cultivation is considered to be that within components of sawdust 54%,corncob 29%,middlings 10%,soybean flour 5%,calclime 1%,sugar 1%in which mycelia are more tense,thick and growing faster.When all the hyphae were full of fungus bag,the primordium appeared in fungus bags of 1,2,5 and 8 formulas.It currently mushrooms and biological efficiency conditions need studing in the further.
