The Kongyu131 was the main cultivation variety in the 3rd cumulative temperature zone in Hei Longjiang province, accounting for 80% of the reclamation region. With the increase of rice yield, the demand for micronutrients was larger and larger, howerver the study on the absorption of micronutrients has not been reported in cold area.Therefore,10 field experiments with two fertilization methods, the farmer's fertilization practice(FFP)and integrated nutrient management(INM),were conducted to study the effects of INM on nutrient uptake and nitrogen efficiency. The main results were as follows:Rice yield of N0 were about 6.0 t/ha in the most of the tested soil, there was no significant difference in different site. The supply nitrogen of soil is 60.67-90.44 t/hm2(average 78.77 t/hm2).These results showed that the capacity of soil N supply was higher. There were significant positive relationships(p<0.05)of between yield of N0 and FFP,INM.The more the yield of N0,the more yield of fertilization treatments. So increasing soil fertility was the effective way to enhance rice yield.Meanwhile, coefficient between FFP and N0 yield was bigger than INM and N0,which showed yield of FFP dependent on soil. The increase yield of FFP was 1.43-2.68 t/ha compared with N0,and the increase yield of INM was 2.58-4.44 t/ha.Experiments showed suitable nutrient management can increase the yield of rice. The content of Ca in rice stem and leaf was 2.58-2.84 g/kg,the Ca in panicle was 0.16-0.20 g/kg,and the absorption of Ca per 1000 kg grain was 1.94-2.14 kg.there weren't obvious differences of Ca content of plant and Ca uptake per 1000 kg grain between treatments. The content of Mg in rice plant and Grain was 1.14-1.23 g/kg and 74-0.81 g/kg,and Mg accumulation per 1000 kg grain is 1.46-1.55 kg.There were not obvious difference Mg content and Mg accumulation per 1000 kg grain between INM and FFP.Total accumulation of Ca Mg in INM was higher than FFP.INM can promote the absorption of Ca and Mg.The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in rice plant were 3.82-4.42 mg/kg,22.08-24.32 mg/kg,0.58-0.71 g/kg and 1.95-2.66 g/kg,respectively.Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn content in panicle were 2.29-2.99 mg/kg,19.49-20.54 mg/kg,0.10-0.12 g/kg and 1.00-1.22 g/kg,respectively.The content of microelement bettween INM and FFP were not obvious differences. The absorption of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn per 1000 kg grain was 4.80-5.62 g,32.41-35.03 g,0.50-0.57 kg and 2.38-3.02 kg,respectively. There were also no obvious differences between treatments. The elements accumulation of INM was improved compared with FFP.Panicle of INM was sometimes higher than FFP in some experiments and lower at other sites. There were not significant different in the most of experiments.Compared to FFP,INM increased average yield by 14%,there were significant different in 8 experiments.INM increased average filled grain rate and 1000-grain weight by 3.0 percentage points and 0.6g,correspondingly.This was the reason of increase yield. The average N recovery efficiency of FFP was 21.59%-28.59%;N recovery efficiency of INM 42.57%-50.01%;N agronomic efficiency of FFP was 12.53-16.47 kg/ha.N agronomic efficiency of INM was 29.10-33.97 kg/ha.Partial factor productivity of FFP was 54.34-59.47 kg·kg–1,Partial factor productivity of INM was 89.68-96.81 kg·kg–1.INM increased the yield of rice and N use efficiency so that significantly reduced N losses.
