Gladiolus hybridus Hort.has many varieties and colors,it is the largest amount of fresh cut flowers in the world,occupy an important economic role in the flower industry,in recent years,due to excessive demand of gladiolus and planted area continues to increase,resulted in relatively high incidence of root rot disease of gladiolus caused by the Fusarium oxysporum,impediment to the production of gladiolus seriously.Plants resistant and plant root exudates have a close relationship,take advantage of gladiolus root exudates impact on Fusarium oxysporum to select resistant varieties,it can be efficiently controlled the occurrence of root rot disease.In this study 11 different varieties of gladiolus as the object of test material,include Gladiolus’G04’,Gladiolus ’G05’,Glardiolus’Trust’,Gladiolus’Wagon’,Gladiolus’Red Supreme’,Gladiolus’Friendship’,Gladiolus ’Mascagni’,Gladiolus ’Amsterdam’,Gladiolus ’Scepter’,Gladiolus’Pink Perfection’,Gladiolus ’Priscilla’.Separating Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Gladioli,and resistance identification of 11 different varieties;Simultaneously collect root exudates through the methods such as hydroponics,study the soluble sugars,glucose and sucrose content in different varieties of gladiolus root exudates and its relevance with varieties resistant;in addition to study the root exudates on impact of Fusarium oxysporum mycelial growth,spore germination and biomass of bacteria by using the method of culture medium.Through the experimental study and comprehensive analysis,draws the following conclusion:1.By dilution plate method and organizational separation method,successfully separated and purified won Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Gladioli,meanwhile in the continuous cropping 3 stubbles of rhizosphere soil of Gladiolus also isolated and identified the Fusarium solani and Fusarium sporotrichioides.2.On PDA medium,cultured in the light incubator at constant temperature 25 ℃ alternating day and night,observed Fusarium oxysporum colony diameter increased with the number of training days,on the fifth day,the colonies growth rate reached the maximum value,0.61cm/d,on the seventh day,the colony diameter reached the maximum value,7.98cm.3.Put the concentration of 1×107·mL-1 of Fusarium oxysporum spore suspension to 11 gladiolus varieties for its resistance identification by root pouring inoculation,disease index of perform ance:T rust>Red Supreme>G04>Amsterdam>Pink Perfection>Priscilla>Wagon>Scepter>G05>Friendship>Mascagni.Among Friendship and Mascagni are Resistant varieties,G05,Wagon,Scepter,Pink Perfection and Priscilla are Anti-Resistance varieties,G04,Red Supreme and Amsterdam are Susceptible varieties,Trust is High sense varieties.4.Compared with the control,the biological and morphological traits of different resistant gladiolus got worse through treated by bacteria,The rate of change performance:sub balls number>flowers number>stemdiameter>leaves number>plants height>corms diameter,the rate of change of High sense varieties and Susceptible varieties are significantly larger than Anti-Resistance varieties and Resistant varieties.5.Compared with the control,physiological indices of different resistant gladiolus showed differences through treated by bacteria,promoting rate performance:POD>MDA,inhibition rate performance:root vitality>SOD>chlorophyll,the rate of change of High sense and Susceptible varieties are significantly larger than Anti-Resistance and Resistant varieties.6.The content of soluble sugar,grape sugar and sucrose in root exudates of different resistant gladiolus showed significantly different,the performance:High sense>Susceptible>Anti-Resistance>Resistant,for the same variety the sugar content is also significantly different,soluble sugar>grape sugar>sucrose.7,Compared with the control,root exudates of resistant varieties on spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum has a certain inhibition,Anti-Resistance have both Promote and inhibitory,but promote is greater than inhibitory,High sense and Susceptible on spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum has a certain promotion,and High sense is greater than Susceptible.8.Compared with the control,root exudates of Resistant varieties on mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum has some inhibition,in the third days inhibition rate is higher,Anti-Resistance have both Promote and inhibitory,but promote is greater than inhibitory,there are certain promotion for susceptible varieties,a higher promote rate in the second-fourth days,root exudates of High sense varieties significantly promote mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum.9.Compared with the control,root exudates of Resistant varieties on Fusarium oxysporum biomass has a certain inhibition,in second days inhibition rate is higher,Anti-Resistance have both Promote and inhibitory,but promote is greater than inhibitory,the rate of impact showed irregular changes,there are certain promotion for susceptible varieties,a higher promote rate in the second day,root exudates of High sense varieties significantly promote Fusarium oxysporum biomass.
