Mechanism And Experimental Study Of Fresh Lotus Seed Membrane Striping With Water Jet

In order to provide theoretical basis and experimental data for the future research of fresh lotus seed membrane hydraulic stripping machine,this paper has investigated the improvement of the basic theory and experiment of fresh lotus seed membrane hydraulic stripping machine based on the theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental investigation.The main results are as follow:(1)Quantification of the shape of lotus seed after shelling.We measured the fitness of all sets with elliptic equation for the model(y=SQRT(a-bx2)),taking the nonlinear regression(Levenberg-Marquardt method).Results revealed that the shape of lotus seed after shelling is ellipsoid.(2)Based on the results of Ansys Workbench.We presented the Solutions on fresh lotus seed membrane striping with water jet.Some key parameters were also determined and deduction to establish water-lotus seed coupling models.(3)The finite element analysis of different water pressure,nozzle-lotus seed spacing and nozzle size on striping process was completed on base of the established model.Get the influence of several parameters on the lotus seed membrane striping,provides the selection scope for lotus seed shell experimental parameter.(4)Experimental study on lotus seed membrane striping was conducted based on the mechanism research.We set up four different factors respectively,three evaluation indexes,orthogonal experiment was also carried out.Two coMparative analyses of variance were based on LSD and S-N-K in SPSS,Concluded the best test combination on the analysis of variance.(5)We narrowed the best efficiency scope of the device through a preliminary test of four controllable variables,provided the linear relationship between the rate of membrane striping and experimental factors.
