Insect Pest is an enemy of agricultural production.Pest prevention and control of human by phototaxis of insects for a long time.However,the spectral luminous efficiency curve for insect compound eye and insects phototaxis threshold is lack of scientific system of study.In this paper,using LED as light source of tester,the design can systematic research on insects phototaxis characteristics tester.To systematically study insects spectral luminous efficiency curve and its phototaxis threshold.The insect phototaxis test instrument including insects seated area,insects activity area,observation area,light source and its control area.Light source module design,including the design of light packaging and light control circuit.According to the chemotactic insect wavelength difference,select the range of 447.3nm?641.2nm of 41 kinds of single color LED chips to create insects phototaxis characteristic test instrument of the light source.Using opaque materials,different wavelength of the LED light source in isolation.Got insect phototaxis tester overall structure,describes the development of the insect phototaxis Experimental Instrument principle.The ZML-600 photoelectric integrated test system of insect phototaxis test instrument of light source is analyzed.Got the corresponding wavelength of light source spectrum.Test results show that the peak wavelength of each LED are different,and the interval are less than 5nm,spectral energy distribution is concentrated.Obtain the center of the LED light source wavelength,half wave width,peak wavelength,color temperature and luminous efficiency and color rendering index,such as luminous flux LED several groups of important parameters.Results show that center wavelength range of 447.1nm to 475.6nm blue light LED,the half wave width are between 17nm to 20nm,color purity was above 97%;center wavelength range of 510.6nm to 530.6nm green light LED,the half wave width are between 38nm to 42nm,color purity was above 60%;center wavelength range of 590.2nm to 641.2nm red light LED,the half wave width are between 15nm to 18nm,color purity was above 97%.According to the principle of insect phototaxis test instrument,multiple High-power LED driving power was designed by using AMC7140 chips.Has the function of simulation dimming and multiple High-power LED driving.Using the UT56 digital multimeter?FD-LDE-1 liquid crystal electro-optic effect experiment instrument?DT-130 illuminance meter to test the LED light source photoelectric performance parameters.Experimental results show that the luminous power,the light intensity of illumination,the voltage and power control show a linear relationship.Due to insect eyes structure and the structure of the human eye has certain difference,so the study of insect phototaxis threshold has certain defects.Using developed the experiment of phototaxis of insects in the phototaxis of diamond back moth preliminary tests.The results show that:the peak wavelength of between 510.6nm to 530.6nm phototaxis of green LED is the largest,secondly is the peak wavelength of 642.1nm of red LED.The next one is the peak wavelength of between 590.2nm to 592.0nm of yellow LED,Peak wavelength of between 450nm to 470.6nm blue LED are the lowest rates.ln the process of green light wave band LED the phototaxis of experiment,63%of tihe DBM lead to the peak wavelength range of between521.1nm to 523.2nm LED.
