Volvaria volvacea is a type of sporangium fungi, with low production costs and recycled production process,it is one of artificial cultivation fungus in our country.Volvaria volvacea is apt to aging due to the short growth cycle, which is bad for harvesting on time and could affect the commodity value.Signal transduction is important for cell regulation through the growth process in eucaryon. In order to provide new function for genetic improvement of Volvarzia volvacea, genes connect to signal transduction through the growth process in Volvaria volvacea are analyzed by the bioinformatics methods and based on the data of genomic sequencing. The results indicate there are 117 genes connect to signal transduction thr-ough the growth process, some important signaling pathways are built in Volva-ria volvacea such as Calcium signaling pathway、VEGF signaling pathway an-d Rho signaling pathway. The key proteins CaN、SPK and GAP in these path-ways are proved to presence in Volvaria volvacea by the construction of a phy logenetic tree and analysis for structure of the proteins. After analyzing structures of the genes by Bioinformatics technology,expre-ssion quantity of Volvaria volvacea in different period which divided into butt-on、egg、elogation、mature are measured through fluorogenic quantitative PCR.The result indicates that CaN、SPK、GAP which function in Calcium signaling pathways、VEGF signaling pathway and Rho signaling pathway are high expre-ssed at elongation period of Volvaria volvacea. We conclude that CaN、SPK、G AP regulate the prograss of stipe growth in Volvaria volvacea.
