Part Ⅰ:The study of Detoxification of Flaxseed by Fermentation and Changes in Intestinal Flora in Edible Flaxseed Meal CattleObjective: Gansu Province is China’s largest flaxseed acreage and production provinces.Flaxseed oil extraction byproducts flaxseed meal contains contains many nutrients,it is an excellent source of animal feed,but cyanogenic glycosides which contains restricted its scope.In some areas of Gansu cattle ranches to make more milk production,added flaxseed meal as nutritional supplemen for high nutritional value t to feed cows.In this study as a starting point,flaxseed meal to cattle dung fermentation investigate the effect of different fermentation conditions on flaxseed Detoxification;On this basis,the total DNA of cow dung were high-throughput sequencing,research on eating flaxseed meal Bovine intestinal flora change.The significance lies in the development of complex efficiently detoxified biological agents and flaxseed meal feed has a higher value.Methods: Take a direct source of long-term consumption of flax meal and never eating cow manure as flora,to increase the amount of crude protein meal and cyanogenic glycosides indicators water content(C)> fermentation temperature(D)> fermentation time(A)> inoculation(B).3.High-throughput sequencing of edible and non-edible linseed meal cow dung DNA CPC 7,including the distribution of 30 species in 13 bacteria,fungi.Conclusion:1.eating flaxseed meal of beef cattle manure as a source of strains,fermentation flaxseed meal,can significantly reduce the amount of flaxseed meal in cyanogenic glycosides,played the role of detoxification;2.The optimization of fermentation conditions of flaxseed meal can be further improved crude protein content of flaxseed meal and reduces cyanogenic glycoside content;3.The total DNA of edible and non edible linseed meal of beef cattle dung extract high-throughput sequencing found large differences in the two groups community quality oil,rich in α-linolenic acid and various unsaturated fatty acids,α-linolenic acid in vivo can be directly converted to DHA and EPA.α-linolenic acid with lowering blood pressure,lowering cholesterol,and promote fat metabolism,regeneration and so on.Astragalus is a traditional Chinese health medicine,APS which contains mainly with enhanced immune system function,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral effects.In this study as a starting point,attention α-linolenic acid,Research Astragalus polysaccharide health function,refined linseed oil,the optimum conditions to extract water extract of astragalus,astragalus extract prepared α-linolenic acid soft capsules.Study α-linolenic acid astragalus extract soft capsule contents mixed hyperlipidemia rats auxiliary soft capsule contents rat model of combined hyperlipidemia experiment.Result:1.After refining compared to cold-pressed flaxseed oil flaxseed oil,significantly reduced acid value,significantly reducing the phosphate content,color clear and bright,and α-linolenic acid content remains the same.While refined flaxseed oil compared to supercritical fluid extraction of linseed oil has similar α-linolenic acid content,so this dispersion matrix of soft capsules using refined linseed oil.2.Determine the total astragalus polysaccharide conditions based on the yield of polysaccharide water ratio of 1: 8,extraction time 1.5h,extraction times 2times.3.The settlement ratio determines the amount of beeswax amount of soft capsule formulation excipients 3%,CMC dosage of 2%,the amount of 2.5% contents suspended of growth increases with the amount of CMC;capsule contents suspended stage with spit-80 temperature increase and decrease.3.α-linolenic astragalus extract soft capsule content can significantly reduce serum TG hyperlipidemia rat model,TC levels,increased serum HDL levels in rat model of hyperlipidemia,effectively reduce serum LDL levels,to experiment expectations.
