This thesis focuses on the apple-pear soil in Yanbian area,in spring,summer and autumn we mined soil profile in different apple-pear orchard(planting years for 11 years,25 years,40 years,50 years and 63 years)of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Longjing,Jilin Province.Collected the soil samples were collected from different soil layer,the soil sample was stratified according to the depth of 0?20cm,20?40cm and 40-60cm,organic phosphorus fractions were determined with improved Bowman-Cole,The rule of differentiation and evolution of organic phosphorus in different planting years,soil layer and seasonal changes were analyzed,The research results will be helpful to make up the deficiency of the research about organic phosphorus in the apple-pear orchard,and make a positive contribution to the comprehensive understanding of organic phosphorus cycle in the orchard soil in Yanbian.The research result of this project is as followings:1.With increasing of planting years,the content of labile organic phosphorus in 3 soil layers and 3 seasons had the trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The individual soil layer(summer 0?20cm and 40?60cm,autumn 40?60cm)showed a tendency to decrease first and then increase.With increasing of planting years,the labile organic phosphorus was no significant change in the 20?40cm soil layer in autumn;The change trend of moderately labile organic phosphorus was consistent with labile organic phosphorus basically,except the summer 0?20cm and 40?60cm soil layer,decreased first and then increased.The moderately labile organic phosphorus in 20?40cm and 40?60cm soil layer in summer was increased;In 20?40cm of 11 planting years and 40-60cm of 40 and 63 planting years of orchard soil in autumn,the content of moderately stable organic phosphorus had no change with the increase of planting years,in other seasons and soil layer,the general trend of moderately stable organic phosphorus showed an shape with the increase of planting years;Except the whole soil layer in autumn,the 20?40cm soil layer in spring,40?60cm soil layer in summer,the contend of highly stable organic phosphorus in 25 planting years of orchard soil was the highest.In autumn,the content of highly stable organic phosphorus in 40 and 50 planting years of orchard soil was the highest.The content of total extracted organic phosphorus in spring was highest in 25 planting years and 40 planting years,and the content of total extracted organic phosphorus in 63 planting years was the highest in three soil layer in summer.In autumn,the total extracted organic phosphorus was relative stable except the individual years(40 planting years of orchard soil in 0-20cm and 20?40cm).2.With increasing of soil layer depth in apple-pear orchard,the labile organic phosphorus in spring was increased first and then decreased,individual years(25,63 planting years of orchard soil)showed a gradual decreased trend,the general trend of the summer was gradual decreased with increasing of soil layer depth of labile organic phosphorus,individual years(25,63 planting years of orchard soil)showed a trend of increased first and then decreased.In autumn,the labile organic phosphorus decreased gradually,with increasing of soil layer depth the labile organic phosphorus did not change significantly in 63 planting years of orchard soil.In spring,with increasing of soil layer depth in apple-pear orchard,the moderately labile organic phosphorus decreased and then decreased,the labile organic phosphorus of individual years(40,63 planting years of orchard soil)was reduced.Except the content of moderately labile organic phosphorus in 63 planting years of orchard soil in summer had a trend of decreased first and then increased,the content of moderately labile organic phosphorus in other planting years was decreased gradually,and the content of moderately labile organic phosphorus decreased gradually with increasing of soil layer depth in apple-pear orchard in autumn;In the spring and summer,the trend of the moderately stable organic phosphorus was not significant,with increasing of soil layer depth in apple-pear orchard,the content of moderately stable organic phosphorus in autumn was decreased gradually.In the spring,the content of highly stable organic phosphorus generally showed a decreasing trend,individual years(25,50 planting years of orchard soil)showed that with increasing of soil layer depth in apple-pear orchard first increased and then decreased.The trend of the moderately stable organic phosphorus in 63 planting years of orchard soil in summer showed decreased first and then increased,with increasing of soil layer depth the content of moderately labile organic phosphorus in other planting years was decreased gradually,in autumn,the trend of moderately labile organic phosphorus in 11 planting years of orchard soil decreased first and then increased,with increasing of soil layer depth,the content of highly stable organic phosphorus in 63 planting years was increased gradually,the other years showed a decreasing trend;The content of total extracted organic phosphorus in the spring was decreased gradually,the trend of individual years(25,50 planting years of orchard soil)showed the trend of decreased first and then increased,except the content of total extracted organic phosphorus in 63 planting years of orchard soil in autumn had a trend of decreased first and then increased,with increasing of soil layer depth the overall trend of total extracted organic phosphorus in the summer and autumn was decreased gradually.3.Under different seasons,moderately labile organic phosphorus accounts for the highest percentage of total extracted organic phosphorus and highly stable organic phosphorus is the second highest,the percentage of labile organic phosphorus and moderately table organic phosphorus is less than others.The proportion of organic phosphorus was changed with the seasons.Compared the spring with summer,there was a trend of highly stable organic phosphorus and labile organic phosphorus conversion into moderately labile organic phosphorus and moderately table organic phosphorus.Compared the summer with spring,there was a trend of labile organic phosphorus,moderately table organic phosphorus and highly stable organic phosphorus conversion into the moderately labile organic phosphorus.4.Data of soil samples in spring showed,with increasing of planting years,the proportion of labile organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was volatility,and the proportion of moderately labile organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was decreased gradually,and moderately stable organic phosphorus content was relatively stable,and the proportion of highly stable organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was increase gradually but expected data of 40 years.Data of soil samples in summer showed,with increasing of planting years,the proportion of labile organic phosphorus and highly stable organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus were gradually decreased and the proportion of moderately labile organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was increased gradually,the proportion of moderately stable organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was relatively stable,expected the data of 40 years(0?20cm)and 25 years(40?60cm).Data of soil samples in autumn showed,with increasing of planting years,the proportion of labile organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was relatively stable but expected the data of 40 years(20?40cm)and(40?60cm),and the proportion of moderately labile organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus was relatively stable but expected the data of 40 years(40?60cm).The proportion of moderately stable organic phosphorus and highly stable organic phosphorus in the total extracted organic phosphorus were gradually decreased with the increment of planting years.5.Integrated point of view,with increasing of the planting years,the moderately labile organic phosphorus in 0-20cm and 20?40cm soil layer in spring had a conversion trend into labile organic phosphorus,the labile and highly stable organic phosphorus in 40-60cm soil layer in spring had a conversion trend into moderately labile organic phosphorus;Data of soil samples in summer showed the trend of that highly stable organic phosphorus was converted to moderately labile organic phosphorus with increasing of planting years.Data of soil samples in autumn showed the trend of that moderately labile organic phosphorus was converted to moderately stable organic phosphorus with increasing of planting years.
