This paper studies at Baihua tree farm?subtropics climate?of Xiaolongshan Mountain National Nature Reserve,Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata,Broad-leaved mixed fores,broad-leaved mixed and Forest edge meadow soil tabulaeformis,microbial community characteristics.Including habitat characteristics,microorganism quantity and distribution,plots,community feature and microbial species diversity.The results were as follows:1?Soil microbial community under different number of vegetation characteristicsQuercus aliena var.acuteserrata in the total number of microbial 238.42 ×105cfu · g-1dry soil,where bacteria is 237.916 × 105cfu · g-1dry soil fungi is 0.0482×10Scfu · g-1dry soil actinomycetes 0.456 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil;the total number of broad-leaved mixed microbial 2507.595 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil,where bacteria is 2506.278 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil fungi is 0.682 x lO5cfu · g-1 dry soil actinomycetes 0.635 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil;the total number of coniferous soil 778.299 ×105cfu ·g-1 dry soil,where bacteria is 777.649 × 10cfu · g-1 dry soil fungi is 0.154 × 105cfu ·g-1 dry soil actinomycetes 0.496 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil;the total number of forest edge soil microbial biomass in the 255.167 x 105cfu · g-1 dry soil,where the number of bacteria was 254.19 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil fungi is 0.399 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil actinomycetes 0.578 × 105cfu · g-1 dry soil.2?The soil microorganism quantity feature under different number of vegetation characteristics in XiaolongshanUnder different vegetation types of soil microorganism quantity and quantity of the three groups in the soil profile borrows obvious vertical distribution characteristics.The most abundant surface soil microorganism quantity,middle layer,at least,Microorganisms in the same soil profile on the whole,the number of microorganisms with increasing altitude decreased.3?Soil microbial species composition characteristics under different number of vegetation characteristics in Xiaolongshan Mountain.Fertilizer under Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata,Broad-leaved mixed fores,broad-leaved mixed and Forest edge meadow in xiaolongshan separation,were isolated bacteria:Bacillus?Micrococcus?Agrobacterium?Flavobacterium?Pseudomonas?Alcaligenes?Arthrobacter?Azotobacter?Cellulomonas?Beijerinekia,total 10 genera;Actinobacteria:Streptomyces?total 1 genera;Fungi:Penicillium?Rhizopus?Aspergillum?Trichoderm?mucor?Alternaria?Absidia,total 7 generas;Total microbial 18 genera in separation?4?Microbial diversity of the soil microorganisms under different number of vegetation characteristics in Xiaolongshan Mountain.Soil microbial species richness index R1 and R2 and diversity index change have same trend of change.Richness and diversity index,D,DM moderate correlation between,highly correlates with the evenness index with high correlation between the diversity index,diversity index and evenness index HP high correlation between the evenness index is highly significant correlation.5?Features of soil microbes physiological groups under different number of vegetation characteristics in Xiaolongshan Mountain.In all the four kinds of function,the characteristics of number of bacteria in overall performance for:Solubilizing bacteria>Aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria>Potassium silicate bacteria>aerobic cellulolytic bacteria.
