The study on the diversity of plant communities is one of the most important fields in the study of the relationship between biological sciences and environment.In recent years,due to the increasing scope of human activities and serious damage to the natural environment,the loss of biodiversity has become one of the major environmental problems in the world.The identification of important areas or important species is the first step in the formulation and implementation of conservation plans and the priority of biodiversity conservation has become one of the focuses of conservation biology.Concentrating on protecting some important areas is a more realistic and efficient way to protect biodiversity.Highway is one of the most representative human engineering,and plays an important role in human production and life.It is of great practical significance to coordinate the relationship between the two and discuss how to make the two complement each other and serve the human development together.This paper selects the Baotian Expressway(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)of Chinese pine and Huashan pine(Pinus armandii Franch),Quercus acutidentata(Quercus aliena Bl.var.acuteserrata Maxim.)Acer maximowiczii,(Markov Acer Pax)and(Biota Endl)of Platycladus orientalis and dominant species community,and Pinus tabulaeformis in Xiaolong Mountain National Nature Reserve of Huashan pine,Quercus acutidentata,and a total of 5 representative of Platycladus orientalis,drawing and analyzes the growth type diversity index map,spatial distribution,time distribution,development pattern charts,discusses the diversity of the 5 populations in protected areas and road area,the relationship between the diversity and the physical environment,at the same time,it provides some theoretical basis for the protection of the population and the development of the plant in the protected area.The results showed that:(1)on the whole,the results showed that the species diversity indexes of different growth types in different plant communities were greater than those in the protected areas.The road region diversity index: herb layer > tree layer > shrub layer;evenness index: herb layer > shrub layer > tree layer;richness index: tree layer > shrub layer > herb layer;dominance index of tree layer > herb layer > shrub layer.Reserve the diversity index of shrub layer > herb layer > tree layer;evenness index of shrub layer > herb layer > tree layer;richness index of shrub layer > herb layer > tree layer;dominance index of tree layer > herb layer > shrub layer.(2)compared the diversity of spatial distribution,the diversity index of the slope generally slightly higher than that in sunny slope,the slope in the study area,more conducive to the growth of plant communities,community Road area showed a trend of relatively scattered,is not very clear,poor stability of plant community,plant community stability reserve good.(3)diversity development stage model,trend of Road area and found the graphics changes within the area of old forest protection is similar to the overall trend,the same,but the changes in middle age forest trends are not the same,on the contrary,the richness index increased significantly in the middle age forest.The results showed that the influence of highway construction on plant communities in protected areas was significant.
