Crop visualization,as one of the important and cutting-edge research directions in the field of agricultural information technology research,has significant research significance and value.Traditional crop cultivation or related research experiments need to be repeatedly designed and improved,and by a large number of uncertain environmental factors,the experimental conditions is demanding,and it needs longer experimental period.It is helpful to reduce the time cost and resource investment by designing the simulation experiment by computer technology,which will help speed up the development of crop visualization and related research.This thesis makes a research on wheat,taking the example of the area,Tongcheng,AnQing District,AnHui Provice.On the basis of Classification Algorithm of Decision Tree and the meteorological data of the region and the meteorological disaster of drought and frost damage and scab,And the three-dimensional model of the wheat-related three-dimensional model was completed by using the three-dimensional modeling software C4 D.Combined with the graphic library THREE.JS and the front-end visualization framework Echarts,The development of visual applications for visualization of disaster of the main growth stage of the wheat growth period was completed.The main contexts of this thesis are as followings,1.Collecting the data that are needed in the researchCollecting and analyzing documents home and abroad that are about research on wheat with drought,freezing injury and scab.This thesis focuses on relevant documents in TongCheng to extract important conclusion and data.It collects the data of the morphological characters of wheat from turning green stage to growth in TongCheng,the year-by-year disaster data,and meteorological data.2.Construction of Three-dimensional Morphology of Wheat by C4DOn the basis of the relevant characters and indicators of wheat varying to periods,this thesis induces the qualitative description of morphological characters of wheat in different growing periods.It uses the modeling software C4 D to accomplish the three-decision modeling of main organs(such as stalk,leaf,straw and so on)of wheat from turning green stage to growth period.Also,it finishes the simple modeling of wheat fields.3.Training sample processing and building based on CART decision treeBy arranging the collected data,the training set can be got.The training set is divided by different time windows(four days,five days,seven days).The works,including establishment,drastic cuts,accuracy of prediction,with drought,freezing and scab are done through CART.After comparing those three experiments,this thesis finally chooses the decision tree with the time window of four days.4.Based on THREE.JS to achieve the initial development of visual applicationsOn the basis of the foregoing research,this thesis uses Javascript,THREE.JS and Echarts to achieve the basic development of WEB application of visualization of wheat in period disaster.By analyzing the meteorological data(time,temperature,relative humidity,precipitation and so on)leaded in by users,this thesis arranges the kinds,number and details of the disaster that wheat has suffered.In the simulated canvas of situation,the revolving,dragging,and zooming of the canvas are added to enable users to switch the visual angle.The data of the visual influence different disaster is finished by Echarts,adding basic chart toolbox(including enlargement,shrinking,changing existing types,reading data)to satisfy users' different requests.The result shows that the research on the visualization of wheat with period disaster is quite satisfying.It achieves the simulation and analysis of visualization through computer.It not only vividly shows the results to help people have a better understanding and make better decisions,thus reducing the cost of human being,time and money,but also increases the efficiency of research and the utilization of resources.
