In order to study the effects of water-logging duration on yield and quality of different wheat varieties.There are 7 varieties,Ning mai 13,Yang mai 18,Wan Ken mai 076,Yan nong 19,Ji mai 22,Wan mai 52 and Lun xuan 22.water-logging duration have 0d,3 d,6 d,9 d.The effects of water-logging duration on the grain yield and quality of different types of wheat varieties.The effect of water-logging duration on the Pn of flag leaf was determined every 7days after anthesis.The results showed that the effect of water-logging3 d the Pn was not significant.The effect of 6 d on the Pn was different to varieties,such as the decrease of Wan mai 52,but the effect was not significant The The Pn of wheat flag leaves decreased significantly after 9 days.The content of flag leaf enzyme in wheat was affected by water-logging.The activity CAT was affected by water-logging duration and wheat variety.Such as Yang mai 18 and Wan ken mai 076 in water-logging3 days which activity of CAT in the flag leaves of the wheat was increased and the CAT activity decreased significantly at 6 days,and the CAT activity was significantly decreased at 9 days.The effect of water-logging duration on POD activity was that the water-logging3 days with different wheat varieties,while the POD activity of flag leaf at 6 days and 9 days was significantly higher than that of the control.The effect of water-logging duration on SOD activity is that the effect of water-logging3days,The activity of SOD in flag leaves of 6 d and 9 d of water-logging was significantly increased.The effect of water-logging on the yield of wheat was not affected by the effect of water-logging3 days on the yield of wheat.The effect of water-logging on wheat was different from that of different varieties.Such as Yang mai 18 decrease of yield,but Yan nong 19 was not significantly affected.water-logging 9 d resulted in a significant decrease of wheat yield and a decrease in yield ranging from 8%-24%,due to differences in variety.The effects of water-logging duration on the rheological properties of the dough were studied.The increase in the proportion of increase with increase in the proportion of increase of dough development duration,the stability duration,the dough's ability to withstand the mechanical agitation and the dough's index were significantly decreased at 6d and 9 d,.The effect of water-logging duration on wheat protein content and starch content was different due to different varieties.The SPAD value,Pn and light material accumulation of all varieties were significantly different.Based on the comparison,it is concluded that the yield of spring varieties is higher,such as Yang mai 18 and Wan ken mai 076 are above 6000kg/hm~2.And the comparison of the quality of wheat dough is the combination of Ji mai 22 and Wan ken mai 076.
