| Remote control spray machine is one of the important trends in the future development of spraying plant protection,the design of the electronic control part directly determines the performance of its good or bad,and the logic of the program design determines its mode of operation and convenience.In this paper,the research background and research significance of this paper are established on the basis of fully researching the present situation and trend of spraying plant protection machinery at home and abroad.On the basis of this,the specific scheme of the design and experiment of the remote control sprayer is studied.The STM32F103ZGT6 microprocessor developed by ST company is the core,and the hardware design of the control system is mainly composed of PC interface control terminal and drive end.In this paper,the design scheme of microprocessor circuit,power supply circuit design,keyboard scanning module,display module,motor drive module and network communication module in the control system are introduced in detail,and the design method of anti-jamming of PCB hardware in control system is introduced.Description.On the basis of realizing the hardware structure and technical realization of the PC interface control terminal and the driver side remote connection and the control system,the control system software is compiled: Keilμ Vision5 is the development platform,the control system software framework,the keyboard scanning program,the liquid crystal Display program,motor driver and W5500 network communication module program are described,and gives some of the program flow chart.In order to verify the hardware and software of each function module of the control system,the test platform and test environment are set up,and the entities are tested.Machine conditions to determine everything is ready,and finally through different experimental programs on the performance of the physical machine test,verify the physical machine has a basic mobile function and basic operational capacity. |
