Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.),an ornamatal plant,has medicinal,drinking and edible value with an increasing demand for chrysanthemum of mutiple functions for drinking.However,chrysanthemums for tea in China are traditional white varieties,a small amount of yellow,the flower shape and color are single,so it' s difficult to meet current market demand for diversified,personalized varieties,and traditional varieties also have some shortcomings in flowering,production and exterior features after processing.Especially the flowering period were in late October,made it more difficult to promote the cultivation in the northern region.Therefore,this study,choosed early blooming cultivar of traditional chrysanthemum tea,'QiYueBai',high productive variety ' Hang Baiju',and high medicinal ingredient cultivar'Chuju' as parents,configured hybrid combinations,and conducted artificial hybridization,in order to screen chrysanthemum varieties of early flowering,high-yielding,both for tea and medicine;In addition,selected ornamental chrysanthemum with bright colors?upright flower type.thick petals and vigorous growth and other characteristics,to filter varieties suitable for brewing with a single flower.So as to further enrich chrysanthemum tea varieties,promote the production of chrysanthemum tea and the development of the market.The results are as follows:1.In accordance with the evaluation standards of sensory quality(flower form,color,smell,liquor color,flower form in liquor,taste),selected the materials which score were higher than overall average from the ornamental chrysanthemum and hybrids lines as the preliminary screening suitable materials for tea.The Chrysanthemum tea material evaluated in 2014,the total score of H6?H9?H12?H13?C1?C5?C6?L34-1?L30-2?'Qx-167'?'Qx-174'.'Qx-175'?'Zembla Sunny'and Qinhuai Jinlian were 80.5?83.8?81.4?79.5?86.3?79.7?91.2?84.6?78.8?84.1?79.5?88.6?88.9 and 85.3,higher than overall average 78.7;the Chrysanthemum tea material evaluated in 2015,the total score of'QD3-110'?CHI-21?CHI-9?GC1-12?CH7-18?CH1-44?CH1-18?CH7-3?GC4-2?CH7-57?CHI-1 and CH7-12 were 86.3?86.6?86.9?84.1?85.5?85.0?84.2?85.6?85.2?83.9?83.0 and 82.0,higher than overall average 81.4,and higher than traditional Chrysanthemum tea'Chuju' and 'Gongju',which indicated preferred flavor quality,they all could be preliminary selected as chrysanthemum tea materials.2.Measuring the active ingredient of the chrysanthemum samples,including total flavone,chlorogenic acid,luteolin glycosides,iso-chlorogenic acid A and water extracts.The results showed,the chemical compositions of H6?H12?C6?L34-1?L30-2?CHI-18?CH7-3 and 'Zembla Sunny' and so on were significant higher than traditional chrysanthemum tea 'Hang Baiju','Chuju' and 'Gongju',indicating that the chemical composition of these materials are superior to other materials,as to the indicator of the chemical composition,the above materials are more suitable for chrysanthemum tea.3.For chrysanthemum tea materials screening from ornamental chrysanthemum,taking the indicator of sensory evaluation and the chemical components as quality evaluation elements to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Three models are built by different main points to calculate the results and analyze them,the results showed,`Zembla Sunny','Qx-175'and'Qx-167'have more obvious advantages in the comprehensive evaluation,the scores are above the average,higher than other materials;which could be screening as large ornamental flower for chrysanthemum tea;For chrysanthemum tea materials screening from the F1 hybrids,taking field traits of flowering period and the yield,sensory evaluation,and the chemical components as quality evaluation elements to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Four models are built by different main points to calculate the results and analyze them,the results showed,H6?C6?L34-1,L30-2?CH1-21?CHI-9?CHI-44?CHI-18 and CH7-3 have more obvious advantages in the comprehensive evaluation,the scores are above the average,higher than other materials.Among which C6 is the best,the top five are C6?L34-1?CHI-18?CH1-9and CH7-3,which could be screening as chrysanthemum varieties of early flowering,high-yielding,both for tea and medicine.
