Rice plant type,panicle type and grain type is one of the important agronomic traits of rice,Which affect rice yield and quality,plant type.panicle type and grain type has played an important role in rice yield and quality.Rice plant type,panicle type and grain type have been shown to be quantitatively inherited,so there are vulnerable to environmental factors,and the stability of the resultant QTL could not be evaluated.In this study,Using Jiang xi Agricultural university breeding Chang Hui 121 /Yue guang constructed chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs),QTL for plant type,panicle type and grain type were detected in 2016 Hai nan and 2016 Nan chang,and stability of QTL is expressed,the following results:1.A total of 42 QTL related to plant type were detected in two environments.The number of QTL for plant height,flag leaf length,flag leaf width,flag leaf angle and effective tiller number were 11,5,7,12 and 7.The stable QTL were two QTL for plant height(qPH-1 and qPH-2),three QTL for flag leaf angel(qLW-1,qLW-4,and qLW-5)and QTL for tiller number(qTN-8),whose averge PVEs were 5.31%,3.28%,6.23%,6.66%,16.75% and 3.92%,with average LOD scores of 5.07,3.25,5,4.48,13.62 and 5.4,respectively.Further stability analysis was conducted using CSSLs with Chang hui 121 as the genetic background and Yue guan as the donor in two environments.The CSSL X82 harboring qLW-1 allele across two environments,the flag leaf width trent to Yue guang,X82 had narrower leaf width.2.A total of 26 QTL related to panicle type were detected in two environments,The QTL for panicle length,number of primary branches,number of secondary branches and seed setting rate were 7,3,8 and 8.The stable QTL were qSSR-12 whose averge PVEs were 4.25%,with average LOD scores of 4.06.3.A total of 34 QTL related to grain type were detected in the two environments,The number of QTL that detected grain length,grain width,and 1000-grain weight were 11,16,and 7.The stable QTL were three QTL for grain length(qGL-3,qGL-1-2 and qGL-12),four QTL for grain width(qGW-2-1,qGW-2-2,qGW-3-1 and qGW-3-2),two QTL for1000-grain weight(qTGW-3 and qTGW-7),whose averge PVEs were 20.94%,3.7%,5.25%,6.24%,40.23%,1.55%,3.59%,5.81% and 5.44%,with average LOD scores of3.66,17.26,5.12,15.51,58.39,4.47,9.63,3.65 and 3.29,respectively.Compared with the background parent,The CSSLs X85 and X121 harboring qGL-3 allele across two environments,and the grain length was narrowed.The CSSLs X8 and X9 harboring qGL-12 allele across two environments,and the grain length was narrowed.4.In 2016,6 QTL for seed shattering are detecte in Nan chang,located in the 2,3,9and 12 chromosome.LOD value between 3-25.4,contribution rate single QTL ranged from3.7%-41.5%.
