In this study,Guangxi University three same production ponds of aquatic teaching and research base as the monitoring object to research the effects of NEW GIFT Tilapia the growth, main physical and chemical factors pond cultivation and benefits in three feeding models.Through regularly determined and analyzed of body length, body weight of fish and aquaculture water main physical, chemical and biological factors,to explored different feeding models with growth of aquaculture, the dynamics of aquaculture water main physical and chemical factors and plankton, and the relevance with economic culture benefits;Which provided reference for the establishment of low energy consumption, high efficiency and environment friendly Tilapia aquaculture model. The main results are as follows:1.The feeding rate with ponds aquaculture NEW GIFT Tilapia body length rate and weight growth rate showed a positive relationship. The aquaculture period of model A,model B and model C body length growth rate were 192.8%,187.6%and 186.36%,which was model A>model B>model C,model A were more 2.77%and 3.14%than model B and model C;Model A,model B and model C body weight increasing rate were 3045%,3117.9%and3077.9%,which was model B>model A>model C,model B were more 1.29%and 2.39%than model C and model A.2.On the level of feeding rate "periodic starvation"could promote NEW GIFT Tilapia growth and reduce the feed coefficient and improve feed utilization level.High feeding rates increased the growth level of aquaculture object partly, which also improved the feed coefficient and reduced the efficiency of feed utilization;low feeding rates decreased the feed coefficient and improved the efficiency of feed utilization, which also lead to fish growth restricted due to inadequate intake.3.Low feeding rate was conducive to save "the feed energy",feed coefficient of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture "model B—phase feeding rate was 2.88%?1.56%at 2 times/day and no feeding 1 day in 5 days" was more 12.17%and 16.46%than "model A—phase feeding rate was 3.48%?1.74%at 2 times/day" and "model C—phase feeding rate was 3.95%?1.82%at 2 times/day".4.In the Phytoplankton community structure, model A was 6 phyla and 27 genera, dominant phyla was Cyanophyta that was 7 genera, which accounted for 25.93%of the total genera;Model B was 6 phyla and 32 genera, dominant phyla was Cyanophyta that was 7 genera, which accounted for 21.88%of the total genera;Model C was 5 phyla and 25 genera, dominant phyla was Chlorophyta that was 10 genera, which accounted for 40.00%of the total genera; In the Zooplankton community structure, model A was 3 phyla and 20 genera, dominant phyla was Copepod that was 1 genera, which accounted for 5.00%of the total genera;Model B was 3 phyla and 11 genera, dominant phyla was Copepod that was 1 genera, which accounted for 9.09%of the total genera;Model C was 3 phyla and 10 genera, dominant phyla was Copepod that was 1 genera, which accounted for 10.00%of the total genera. The diversity of Phytoplankton model B was richer than model A and model C.5.The density and biomass of Plankton in model pond overall trend was:the density and biomass of Plankton increased gradually changing with the seasons(water temperature),but different models of Plankton density and biomass in ponds were inequality:model C change trend was the biggest, model A was the second, model B was relatively stable. At the level of change, the monitoring period except July,Phytoplankton diversity index H value of model 3 was the highest, model 2 was the second, model 1 was the lowest. There was no significant difference between Zooplankton diversity index H value in different feeding models(P>0.05).6.On the level of feeding rate certain periodic starvation could reduce feed consumption and promote the relative uniformity of Tilapia growth.7.In overall, economic benefits was model B>model A>model C,that in three feeding models model B(phase feeding rate was 2.88%?1.56%at 2 times/day and no feeding 1 day in 5 days)was lower the cost per unit of product, high profit per unit area and per unit of product, and higher input and output to achieve the economic benefits of aquaculture optirmization, that the unit profit(yuan/kg)were more 38.10%and 42.46%than model A(phase feeding rate was 3.48%?1.74%at 2 times/day)and model C(phase feeding rate was 3.95%?1.82%at 2 times/day).8."Phase feeding rate was 2.88%-1.56%at 2 times/day and no feeding 1 day in 5 days" model B could reduce aquaculture economic benefits of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture and improve the ecological benefits.Class ?in accordance with Centralized drinking water surface water source protection areas and fish and shrimp in the water field quality standard, and three feeding models in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value model B grade 1 weight judgment of Wi was the lowest(4.619),that water quality was better than the model A and model C.9.Different types of factors effected on weight gain rate of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture in the feeding models,in general, physical and chemical factors was the biggest.Among them, model A:Physical factors>Chemical factors>Plankton factors>Feed factors;model B:Physical factors>Chemical factors>Feed factors>Plankton factors;model C:Chemical factors>Physical factors>Feed factors>Plankton factors.10.Physical factor effected on weight gain rate of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture in the feeding models, the impact on model B was the greatest, model A was the second, mode C was relatively small. That model B the water quality of aquaculture was conducive to NEW GIFT Tilapia growth.11.Feed factor effected on weight gain rate of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture in the feeding models, the impact on model A was the greatest, model C was the second, mode B(phase feeding rate was 2.88%?1.56%at 2 times/day and no feeding 1 day in 5 days)was relatively small. That revealed model B had a relatively strong regulation in the stability and balance of plankton species composition, density and biomass in ponds aquaculture process.12.Plankton factor effected on weight gain rate of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture in the feeding models, the impact on model B was the greatest, model C was the second, mode A was relatively small. That model B was helpful to improve growth rate, per unit area yield and quality of aquaculture products(specification)of NEW GIFT Tilapia ponds aquaculture.
