Soybean Phytophthora blight is very harmful to soybean production, and has been listed as a quarantine object of imported plants in China. With the development of globalization, countries are opening to the outside world. There are more and more import and export products.Specifically, the import and export of agricultural products are countless.Every year the number of imported soybeans showed an increasing trend. This also means that the risk of the introduction of Phytophthora sojae in foreign countries is becoming higher and higher. At present, the occurrence of soybean disease is more common along the Huaihe River in anhui province and Huaibei area.In addition to its prevention and control of drugs, the best way is to plant resistant varieties and achieve prevention and control of soybean Phytophthora blight by host resistance. However, with the Large-scale planting of resistant variety, new soybean varieties become more and more. This leads to the failure of resistant varieties to some extent. In order to discuss the inheritance of soybean Phytophthora and the mechanism of new virulence,And then provide the necessary basis for the rational distribution of soybean disease resistance breeding and disease resistance,In this study, the genetic and other biological characteristics of Phytophthora sojae strains in some areas of Anhui Province were studied. The main results are as follows:1.HY12 and MC48 were used to establish the first and second generation strain population of single spore.A total of 63 single spore strains were isolated from the first generation. The second generations consist of 20 single spore strains. And they were inoculated to 14 differential hosts containing the monoclonal antibody gene. The results showed that the virulence of Phytophthora sojae is unstable in the genetic process of single spore progeny. And Pathogenicity inheritance is also the same.2.By measuring the mycelial growth rate and the colony morphology of single spore progeny isolated from the parents,we found that both the first and the second generation had the same colony morphology.More concretely, they were roughly spherical,of white colony. And the aerial mycelium showed cotton wool. The colony edge was smooth, neat and smooth. There were no significant difference compared with parents in mycelial growth rate. This indicated that there is no differences between them. And they can transfer to the next station steadily.3.The first and second generation of single spore strain of HY12 and MC48 were inoculated into the leaves of Hefeng 35 and Hefeng 47 respectively. The study showed that pathogenicity of Phytophthora sojae to soybean was not stable in asexual progenies.Compared with the parents, the virulence of the progeny strains became stronger, and some of them became weaker.
