Combined harvester is a large and complex agricultural machinery,and transmission parts,vibration noise,the working environment is very bad.Combine harvester vibration not only affects the combine harvester operation,also caused mechanical fatigue failure and parts and the reliability of the machine.The cutting table is one of the working parts of the strong the vibration of combined harvester.In order to explore the main factors influencing the header vibration,this paper carried out the following work: ANSYS software to carry out the modal analysis of the frame of cutting table based on vibration signal,through the actual test combine in different working conditions of the header analysis engine cylinder,The vibration shaker excitation coherence and cut vibration response,the influence of the main components of the combine of the header vibration.Through the analysis of the header vibration signal in three directions of the power spectral density function and the reel,the vibration of auger excitation and cut vibration response based on coherence.ADAMS ANSYS software,analyzed the vibration frame of cutting table knife in response,the influence of the header part of the header vibration.The specific work is as follows:(1)ANSYS software to carry out the modal analysis of the frame of cutting table based on the first fifteen order natural frequency and vibration mode analysis.The corresponding relationship between the vibration excitation frequency and the header mode,preliminary determine the impact of each source on the header vibration.The frequency range of the frame of cutting table in 33Hz-90 Hz.engine speed 1000r/min-2000r/min.when the engine and the harvester cutting table inherent frequency of the first order to twelve order to excite the strong vibration of the header.The rotating speed of the threshing cylinder in 800r/min-1200r/min,far less than the natural frequency of the cutting header.Less impact vibration shaker speed is about 400r/min,the header vibration is small.(2)the actual detection only work on the engine,engine,cylinder,vibration sieve,vibration signal of machine work combine three different working conditions of machine cutting table,through the coherence analysis under different working conditions to cut vibration signal intensity of the effective value of the excitation signal and the header vibration signal,get the effect of combine harvester the main parts of the header in each direction of vibration: vibration engine mainly affects the header in the forward direction,the main effect of threshing cylinder header in vibration direction and about the direction,the vibration shaker mainly affects the cutting table in the gravity direction and thehorizontal direction.(3)analyzed the header vibration signals in three directions from the power spectral density function,determine the frequency structure to cut vibration signal.Through the analysis of reel,vibration of auger excitation coherence and cut vibration response,vibration effect conclusion reel cutting table wheel is larger,stirring has little effect the dragon to cut vibration.Based on the software ADAMS ANSYS to analyze the vibration frame of cutting table knife in response,maximum amplitude is 5.61 mm,compared to the other factors,the influence of vibration cutting small header.The simulation analysis and experimental study on main factors to determine the header vibration,the influence factors of combine harvester vibration including the main components of the combine header and working parts.The main components of the combine,the engine vibration mainly affects the cutting table in the forward direction,the main effect of the header in the threshing cylinder the vibration direction and about the direction,the vibration shaker mainly affects the cutting table in the gravity direction and the horizontal direction;cutting platform of the main working parts,vibration cutting station large reel wheel,auger,cutting knife has little effect on the header vibration.The research for reducing vibration of the header and combined harvesterThe paper provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of cutting machines,and provides a reference for vibration response analysis under multi source excitation...
