With the continuous improvement of living standards,people on the quality of jujube processing requirements are increasingly valued.At present,the domestic processing of jujube is still hand-processing,and there are many drawbacks,such as poor product quality,low production efficiency,poor sanitation,etc.In order to better meet the market demand,a fully automatically pitting machine for red dates was designed.On the basis of consulting the relevant materials and research,this paper presents a design scheme of the pitting machine for red dates,and uses the finite element analysis method and the virtual prototyping technology to study the key parts of the pitting machine to ensure that the pitting machine was stable and reliable in the course of work.The main contents of the study include the following:1.Combined the design requirements and technical parameters of the pitting machine,the structure scheme and components of it were designed.At the same time,the three-dimensional model of the various parts of the machine was created and assembled by using CATIA software.2.Combined with the composition of the pitting machine and the interrelationship between the components,the key components of the pitting machine were selected and parameterized.At the same time,the static and modal analysis of the spindle is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.The deformation,stress and strain maps of the spindle are obtained,and the structure and material of the spindle are verified.The results of modal analysis show that the minimum critical speed of the resonance of the spindle is much higher than that of the spindle,which verifies that the spindle does not resonate during the working process.3.The composition and working principle of the pitting mechanism are analyzed,and the cam is designed.The kinetic simulation of the simplified pitting mechanism is carried out by Adams software.The selection range of the spring stiffness coefficient is 1~5 N/mm,this time the organization runs smoothly.4.The mechanism and the working principle of the hopper are introduced.Based on the principle of vibrating screen and the virtual prototyping technology,the virtual vibration of the hopper vibration device is analyzed.The driving speed is 250~350 r/min or 400~425 r/min,the single red dates of the screening time are within 5s,basically meet the design requirements.5.According to the design requirements of the pitting machine,the pitting device and hopper vibration device were studied.In the experiment of the pitting body,the average nucleation rate of the three different punch bars,the thrusting force of the pushed rod and the time of the deduced pitting data are verified,which proves that the pitting mechanism meets the working requirements.In the experimental study of the hopper vibration device,the trend of the screening time of jujube under different driving speed was obtained,and the optimum speed range was determined.At the same time,it was found that the distribution of jujube through the hopper was uniform,and the higher the dipping rate of jujube was small.
