Case Study On Strategy Of Forest Fire Prevention And Control In Yanhu District

Forest is a biotic community consisting of trees,plants,animals,microbes and soil.With the continuous renewal of forest resources and the increase of combustibles in forest,the probability of forest fires disaster is increasing,which results in greater harm and seriousness.The work of forest fire prevention is an important part of disaster prevention and mitigation work in China.It is also a significant content of construction on national public emergency system,and a vital guarantee for social stability and people’s security.In this paper,the prevention and control of forest fire disaster in Yanhu District Yuncheng,Shanxi was taken as the research object,the basic data of the occurrence of forest fires were collected in the period from 1995 to 2015,and the statistical analysis and correlation analysis based on natural meteorological data and specific data of fire causes.The purpose of this study is to reveal the basic characteristics of forest fires in Yanhu District of Yuncheng,and to analyze the causes of the fire disaster.On this basis,the countermeasures of forest fire prevention and control were put forward.By studying the number of forest fires,the area of victims and the data of the occurrence level of forest fires from 1995 to 2015,the number of forest fires occurred cyclically,which happened every three to four years,and the area of fire disaster and the times of fire disaster has a certain positive correlation;From the past 20years,the level of fires in Yanhu District shows that the forest fires are the largest one and account for 62.1%in fire alarms.The causes of the forest fire were analyzed from the aspects of average temperature,precipitation days,wind speed and fire source.It shows that there is a positive correlation between the temperature and the number of fire events,the number of days of rainfall is negated with the occurrence of forest fires,the average daily wind speed is more than 4.0 m/s,the number of forest fires increases significantly,the highest number of forest fires occurred in the middle of the forest and man-made fire source is the most serious cause of forest fires.In the specific work of forest fire prevention in the Yanhu District,the establishment of a scientific forest fuel management system and the construction of a forest fire emergency response model on the basis of establishing a complete forest fire management system will help improve the ability of forest fire supervision and fire fighting and improve the safety and accuracy of fire fighting.
