Tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)is the world's largest annual vegetable production and annual sales volume.As the proportion of tomato plantings in facilities has been expanding year by year,tomato continuous cropping obstacles have become increasingly serious.Among the soil-borne diseases that cause continuous cropping obstacles,the majority are root-knot nematode disease in the south,which has become a devastating disease.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of tomato root knot nematode disease is imminent.In recent years,the environment-friendly biological control method has attracted much attention.Among them,Paecilomyces lilacinus is a high-efficiency bacterium that is commonly used to control root knot nematodes and can significantly inhibit root-knot nematodes and promote plant growth.Most of the predecessors studied the spores of Penicillium lilicum.However,it is difficult to colonize the soil and it is easy for people to get infected.The metabolites of Paecilomyces lilicus contain a large number of substances including line killing,more suitable for practical application,high efficiency,safety,no pollution,simple preparation process and convenient transportation.Studies have shown that different strains of Paecilomyces lilacinus have significant differences in the control effect on root-knot nematodes.Therefore,this study also performed a comparison between the metabolites of Paecilomyces lilacinus from different strains to select the most suitable strain for practical use.In order to study the safe and efficient products of the metabolite of Penicillium lilici,which is suitable for agricultural production,it can provide theoretical basis and substantial help to solve the problem of promoting and killing line of rotation tomato in agricultural production.In summary,in this experiment,the metabolites of Paecilomyces lilacinus were studied.Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of metabolites of two strains of Paecilomyces lilacinus on continuous cropping of tomato and the incidence of southern root-knot nematode.The seedling index,root activity,G value,plant height,stem diameter,root dry weight,fresh weight of whole plant,disease index,fresh weight of unit fresh weight and density of soil insect were measured.The effects of the metabolites of two strains of Paecilomyces lilacinus on the second-instar larvae of southern root-knot nematode larvae and hatching rate of eggs were studied through laboratory experiments.GCMS was used to analyze the components of the metabolites of Paecilomyces lilacinus.The metabolites were screened out for the beneficial substances and the differences among different strains were compared.The test results are as follows:(1)One-fold dilutions of the metabolites of Paecilomyces lilacinus 84604 and Paecilomyceslilacinus 3.6695(A,B)were applied to the soil of tomatoes,and both can significantly promote the growth of tomato plants.And B treatment plants were better than A treatment,but the difference between the two was not significant.The results are as follows: promoting tomato seedling index,root activity,G value,plant height,stem diameter,root dry fresh weight and whole plant fresh weight.(2)The doubling dilution of two metabolites of Paecilomyces lilac(A,B)could significantly reduce the occurrence of tomato root knot nematode disease,and A processing is better than B processing.The results are as follows:But there is no significant difference between the two.The disease index,unit fresh weight,root knot number and soil insect density were reduced.(3)Two dilutions of the metabolites of Paecilomyces lilacinus(A,B)significantly inhibited the root-knot nematode eggs and second-instar larvae,and A treatment is better than B treatment,but the difference between the two is not significant.(4)Comparing the two methods,method II detected far more species than method one;Comprehensive two test results:The metabolites(PA,PB)of two Paecilomyces lilac were different.PA detected 244 substances,and PB detected 231 substances.There are 170 species of PA,PB common substances;the relative content of the promoting substances PA is 0.37%(1 specie),the relative content of PB is 0.15%(1 specie);the relative content of the PA is 12.46%(10 species),the relative content of PB is 11.40%(9 species).
