In recent years,with the rapid development of vegetable cultivation technology,continuous cropping obstacles have been a common phenomenon,which is caused by planting a single variety in successive years.The Eggplant Verticillium wilt caused by Verticillium dahliae can lead eggplant yeild and quality declined year by year.Severe years can result in a significant reduction in eggplant yeild,or even no harvest.Therefore,it is very urgent to explore a way which can protect the environment,control the disease and increase production in the current cultivation of vegetable facilities.This study based on the screening of biofumigation materials,this experiment adopted the micro zone field test method to conduct biofumigation of soil and treatment with Bacillus subtilis in order to analyze the control effect on eggplant Verticillium wilt,the growth status and yield of eggplant,and the soil Physical and chemical properties,the main findings are as follows:?1?The species and concentration of glucosinolates in vegetables of four Brassica were determined by HPLC method.The results showed that the total concentration of glucosinolates in Brassica napiformis var.Er Daomei was significantly higher than other brassica vegetables.The total concentration of glucosinolates in BNR1 and BNS1 were 33.13 umol·g-1 DW and 29.71 umol·g-1 DW.And all of them were mainly composed of propenyl glucosinolate,and their relative content accounted for 85.07%and 89.41%of the total concentration.?2?In field experiment,Brassica napiformis var.Er Daomei was used as biological fumigation material and combined with Bacillus subtilis to disinfect soil in continuous cropping eggplant greenhouse.The results showed that biofumigation combined with Bacillus subtilis could significantly reduce the incidence and disease index of Verticillium Wilt in eggplant.The effect of BB treatment on Verticillium wilt was most significant.The relative control effect of Verticillium Wilt in early fruit period and full fruiting period was more than 50%,and the effect of BS treatment was the second,and its relative control effect was more than 30%.Furthermore,BB treatment also has significant inhibitory effect on soil Verticillium dahliae.?3?Before planting and eggplant growth stages,the combination of biofumigation with Bacillus subtilis could significantly increase the pH of the soil and made the soil weak alkaline.And soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium could also increase significantly.Before eggplant planting,there was no significant increase in the content of alkaline nitrogen.These results indicated that the combination of biofumigation with Bacillus subtilis could change soil nutrients in continuous cropping.?4?The combination of biofumigation with Bacillus subtilis could significantly increase eggplant yield.The BB treatment had the highest yield of 42.97×103 kg·hm-2,followed by BFN treatment and BS treatment,which were 1.42 times and 1.31 times higer than that of CK treatment.And,the combination of biofumigation with Bacillus subtilis also could increase the dry weight,plant height,stem diameter and leaf area index of the eggplant plants.These showed that the combination of biofumigation with Bacillus subtilis had a significant role in promoting the yield and growth of eggplant.
