With the rapid development of domestic large-scale breeding of pigs,the microclimate environment of piggery is becoming more and more important for pig breeding.The research on intelligent climate monitoring and high-quality and high-efficiency regulation is relatively lagging.This article reviews the status of microclimate research in the domestic piggery.The status and progress of research on microclimate environmental control algorithms,etc.,based on the impact of microclimate environmental factors on pig production performance and economic efficiency,etc.The microclimate environmental control system in the pig house will develop in a distributed,intelligent and networked manner to improve the quality of pork! Improve pig welfare and economic benefits purpose.Based on a review of domestic and foreign environmental assessment and control methods related to pig housing and using fuzzy theory,this thesis studied methods for evaluating multiple environmental factors,modeling indoor microclimate,and controlling pig building environment.Due to the non-linear,time-varying,and multi-variable characteristics among different environmental factors within abuilding,assessment and control of pig housing environmental face many challenges,especially for intelligent and precise control of these environmental factors.A fuzzy comprehensive model for multiple environmental factors,which include ambient temperature,humidity,and ammonia(concentration,was developed for pig building evaluation and control.This thesis contributes the following to the research on pig building environmental modeling and control based on measurement data from the Swine Northeast agriculture university.This thesis focuses on the control of environmental parameters in the pig barn.The products quality and welfare of animals closely related to the environmental parameters in livestock buildings.Growing demand for pork products,making the field of breeding pigs has been a rapid development in recent years.Pig living environment refers to all external non-genetic factors affecting the pigs,including building design and pig living space.Control of the housing environment inside pig barns faces significant challenges to minimize losses caused by bad control.Therefore,assessment and control of pig housing environment have great research value for solving the conflict between economic benefits and energy consumption in pig production.After evaluating the foreign experiments in this field and local methods used it can say that it is effective to use the fuzzy control theory.This thesis focuses on the breeding of pigs in the harsh winter in northeastern China.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Determined the major environmental monitoring variables based on the characteristics of the pig building.Three essential variables for environmental assessment and control identified and selected using the monitoring data and the standards for pig building environmental control,developed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for swine building multiple environmental factors using the monitoring data,fuzzy set theory,environmental control standards,and membership functions of temperature,humidity,and ammonia.(2)Simulated and verified the swine-building climate.Temperatures,humidity,ammonia concentrations inside the building simulated.The simulation results were verified by using the actual environmental monitoring data from pig building as inputs.(3)Proposed the structure of a swine building environment control system.Which includes a temperature control subsystem,based on the fuzzy control theory and building environmental characteristics.(4)Established fuzzy control rules in different seasons based on seasonal temperature variations.Inputs and outputs of fuzzy control system were determined and fuzzification and defuzzification were processed.Due to the many defects that result from the use of manual control,this thesis proposes an integrated system design consisting of wireless networks and sensors,based primarily on fuzzy control for the barn environment automatic monitoring system,the barn temperature,humidity and harmful gas concentration.In real-time monitoring and automatic control,enable the growth of these animals in a good environment in order to increase production.Experimental results show that the proposed system has a good performance in response speed,good control effect,strong anti-interference ability,and has a certain practical application value compared to manual control.The research provided a complete solution for the barn environment information collection data,transmission and intelligent management.
