Silicon is a beneficial element of rice growth and has the effect of alleviating the biological stress and abiotic stress of rice.Low temperature chilling injury is one of the most important meteorological disasters in agricultural production in China,and low temperature chilling injury often occurs in Northeast China,which seriously affects the improvement of rice yield and quality and becomes the main limiting factor in riceproduction.This paper is based on the rice Dongnong 427(cold resistance),Dongnong 428(cold resistance),Dongfu 401(not cold resistance),Dongfu 13221(not cold tolerance)as the test material,the seedling stage of its spraying on the leaf of different types of silicon preparation Si-50(for ammonia propyl triethoxy silane),Si-60(for 3-propyl glycidyl ether oxygen radicals silane)three o-xygen radicals,Si-60-G(3-propyl glycidyl ether oxygen radicals three oxygen radicals silane as raw material,by the sol-gel method nanometer silicon containing epoxy groups),and set up the control group in CK(amount of distilled water).Four varieties of rice were treated at low temperature for 3 days and 6 days respectively after one week.The effects of different silicon preparations on the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline,soluble sugar,catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)in rice leaves were studied.The study provides a scientific basis for the rational use of silicon preparation to enhance the ability of rice to resist low temperature stress,and has important theoretical and practical significance for ensuring the sustainable and stable yield of rice and the research and development of silicon fertilizer in Heilongjiang province.The research shows that the corresponding physiological and biochemical indexes of therice leaves under the condition of low temperature stress have certain regulatory effects,and there is a certain difference in the regulation effect between different varieties.For Dongnong 428,Si-50 increased POD activity,and Si-60 had the largest increase in soluble sugar content.The two indicators increased significantly by 315.66% and 31.03%,respectively.Si-50 increased the CAT activity and Si-60-G increased the proline content by 3.13%and 49.54%,respectively.Si-50 significantly reduced the content of malonaldehyde by 66.93%.1.For Dongfu 13221,Si-50 increased the activity of CAT and the increase of proline content,the two indicators increased by 9.63%(P>0.05)and 55.19%(P<0.05).Si-60 increased the POD activity by 64.1%(P>0.05).2.For Dongnong 427,Si-60-G had the largest reduction in malondialdehyde content,a-significant reduction of 70.06%.Si-60-G increased the proline content significantly by 32.97%.3.For Dongfu 401,Si-60 increased soluble sugar,POD activity and CAT activity by24.44%(P<0.05),129.74%(P<0.05)and 1.24%(P>0.05),respectively.Si-60-G reduced the content of malondialdehyde by 58.75%(P<0.05).During the process of low temperature stress,spraying the same silicon preparation had a positive effect on the physiological index of low temperature resistance and the activity of protective enzyme of different varieties of rice.Among them,spraying Si-50 has relatively good effect on cold-resistant varieties and non cold tolerant varieties.Spraying Si-60 has the best anti-low temperature effect on non cold tolerant varieties and good anti-low temperature effect on cold-resistant varieties.Spraying Si-60-G had the best effect on low temperature resistance of cold resistant varieties and better effect on low temperature resistance of non cold tolerant varieties.
