Prinse piauniflora is a kind of potential economic species and it has multiple values,for example:it can be used to apply on ecological,ornamental,eating,medicinal and many other aspects.It has the ecological characteristics of cold tolerance,drought resistance and poor resistance and can be growth well.But now,the study of the fertilization of Prinse piauniflora is very less.In order to explore the best fertilization scheme to make it growing faster and of high quality,our experiment studied the different foliar fertilizations on the growth and physiological effect of Prinse piauniflora.By the method of field experiment and indoor experiments,using completely randomized block design,20 strains to a village,and set three processing,set a contrast and repeated three times.The experimental results show that:(1)Seeding value-added:The trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence.From April to May,the order of the value is D1>D3>D2>CK.And from June to August,the order of the value is D3>D1>D2>CK.(2)Leaf growth indicators:The trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence to the leaf length,leaf width and area.At the different times of the experiment,the order of the value of the three index is all performance for D1>D3>D2>CK.But to the fresh weight and dry weight,the trace elements compound fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer had the most significant influence.At the August,the value of the two is all achieved the maximum.And the nitrogen fertilizer had the most significant influence to the water content.(3)Leaf photosynthetic indicators:The trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence to the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance rate,and intercellular CO2 concentration.At all the experiment,the order of the value of the three index is all performance for D3>D2>D1>CK.And to the content of chlorophyll,the nitrogen fertilizer had the most significant influence.(4)Protective enzyme activity:The activity of SOD enzyme could be raised by the different fertilization.From April to June,the nitrogen fertilizer had the most significant influence and the order of the value is D1>D2>D3>CK.From July to August,the trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence and the order of the value is D3>D2>D1>CK.The activity of POD enzyme could be raised by the different fertilization.At May and August,the trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence and the order of the value is D3>D1>D2>CK.The activity of PPO enzyme could be influenced by the different fertilization.From May to July,the trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence and the order of the value is D3>D1>D2>CK.However,to the activity of CAT enzyme,the different fertilization treatments had big difference and the performance is not significant.So,the trace elements compound fertilizer had the most significant influence to the growth and physiological effect of Prinse piauniflora.It will be the most beneficial to the growth and development of Prinse piauniflora.And it will be the optimal fertilization scheme.
