Plant diversity and soil microbial diversity has become a research hotspot because they can measure the vitality and sustainability of forest ecosystems.To study the effects of different fertilization methods on plant diversity and soil microbial diversity in Eucalyptus×Castanopsis hystrix plantation of non-burning and controlled burning,we set up five pattern included control(CK),compound fertilizer application(H),compound fertilizer and biochar application(HC),compound fertilizer and nitrogen application(HN),compound fertilizer and green fertilizer(HGF)in Eucalyptus×Castanopsis hystrix plantation.The conclusions are as follow:(1)It can change dominant species and diversity index in shrub layer and herb layer under different fertilization methods.All fertilization methods basically retained only one of the dominant species in the shrub layer(Evodia lepta)and herb layer(Microstegium vagans).All fertilization methods can increase the Shannon-Wiener index and species richness of shrub layer and herb layer,and compound fertilizer and biochar application is the best.(2)It can change the nutrient content of the soil under different fertilization methods.Compared with control,it has more significant effects on 0-1 Ocm and 10-20cm depth of different fertilization methods,while the effects on 20-40cm and 40-60cm depth are smaller.All fertilization methods can increase the index of soil nutrient content.At 0-10cm and 10-20cm depth in non-burning,compound fertilizer and biochar application is the most conductive to the soil nutrient content,at 0-10cm and 10-20cm depth in controlled burning,compound fertilizer and green fertilizer is the most conductive to the soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,total potassium and available potassium are,but compound fertilizer and biochar application is the next.Synthesize two kinds of ground clearance methods,we can know that compound fertilizer and biochar application is the most conductive to the soil nutrient content.(3)It can change the soil microbial diversity under different fertilization methods.Compared with control,All fertilization methods can increase the microbial PLFAs content.The order of bacterial,fungal and actinomycetes PLFAs content and total PLFAs are HC>H>HGF>HN>CK in non-burning,while HGF>HC>H>HN>CK in controlled burning.Compared with control,all fertilization methods can increase the microbial PLFAs Shannon-Wierner index and richness,and compound fertilizer and biochar application is the best under non-burning,while ranked second under controlled burning.Synthesize two kinds of ground clearance methods,we can know that compound fertilizer and biochar application is the most conductive to the soil microbial quantity and community structure.(4)There was a positive correlation relationship between soil microbial PLFAs diversity and plant diversity in shrub and herb layer,and it had a close relationship between soil microbial PLFAs richness and plant diversity in shrub and herb layer.On the other hand,there was significantly positive correlation relationship between soil microbial PLFAs content and Shannon-Wierner index in shrub layer,richness in shrub and herb layer.In condition,there was significantly positive correlation relationship between microbial PLFAs Shannon-Wierner index and total nitrogen,available potassium,available potassium and total potassium ratio;between microbial PLFAs richness and total nitrogen,total phosphorus.It had a close positive relationship between soil microbial PLFAs content and organic carbon and total nitrogen.
