Because of its unique advantages,Sinonovacula constricta culture has become one of the early large-scale shellfish in China.Especially in Fujian and Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions,the cultivation of Sinonovacula constricta belongs to the pillar industry.Because of the biological characteristics of Sinonovacula constricta,such as cave population and thin shell,The harvesting and catching of Sinonovacula constricta is still dominated by manual work,with high labor intensity,low working efficiency,large harvest loss and long time taken up in agriculture,which has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of Sinonovacula constricta culture.At present,there is no special equipment for mechanized harvesting of Sinonovacula constricta in China.Overseas shellfish harvesting equipment is also mainly designed and manufactured for collecting oyster,clam and other hard shellfish.Therefore,the development of Sinonovacula constricta harvesting equipment can improve fishing efficiency and farmers' income.significanceBased on the analysis of domestic and foreign shellfish collecting and catching machines,the general composition of shellfish collecting and catching equipment is mainly composed of four parts:cleaning mechanism,digging mechanism,adsorption mechanism,and so on.The analysis shows that the general shellfish catcher is not suitable for the harvesting of Sinonovacula constricta.On the basis of the study of biological characteristics and breeding technology of Sinonovacula constricta,the components of the general shellfish catcher are taken as the object.To design and develop a harvesting machine for Sinonovacula constricta in tidal flat area.In this paper,the collecting and cleaning device of this type of harvesting and catcher is designed.The device innovates the harvesting method,which combines the three processes of collecting,sorting and collecting in one working process,and has high efficiency.At the same time,the structure of the excavating shovel is designed,and the main design parameters of the excavating shovel are determined.The main equipment of beach traction is compared and analyzed,and the wheeled traction is selected according to the characteristics of this type of catcher.The influencing factors of shoal walking were analyzed,and the non-tube type low pressure wide tire was selected as its walking device.According to the tidal flat environment,the full hydraulic steering system was designed,and the actual steering performance of the catcher was designed and checked,and the determination was made.The performance of the whole hydraulic steering system meets the design needs.The design and virtual assembly of each part are completed by ZWCAD and PTC Creo3.0.The resistance problem encountered in the whole machine is studied,and the mechanical model is used.The finite element analysis of the excavating shovel of Sinonovacula constricta harvesting machine based on ANSYS-Workbench is carried out,and the rationality of the design is verified.Based on two different softwares,ANSYS and Adams,the joint simulation analysis is carried out.Based on the analysis of the load on the connecting rod mechanism of the key part of the collecting and cleaning device under different conditions,the design symbol of the key part of the connecting rod mechanism of the collecting and cleaning device is obtained.In order to avoid resonance and improve the overall performance of the front drive chassis,the modal analysis of the front drive chassis is carried out by using ANSYS-Workbench software,and the optimum design of the front walking driving chassis is carried out in order to avoid resonance and improve the overall performance of the front walking driving chassis.Sinonovacula constricta harvesting machine can improve the working efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and provide a reference for the development and application of Sinonovacula constricta harvesting device.
