This study with purple leaf lettuce as experimental material,use LED light source precision control light and light intensity,Hoagland solution formula,based on the potassium ion concentration gradient of 30?g/mL,60?g/mL,90 ?g/mL1,120?g/mL,150?g/mL,180?g/mL of different nutrient solution,with white light as the control(CK),red(R),blue(B),the combination of red and blue light to light training(R/B),the light quality and potassium against each purple leaf lettuce biomass,nutritional quality,photosynthetic pigment and anthocyanin and the influence of ANS gene expression.In order to optimize the environment of the right light quality and potassium ion concentration,so as to improve the yield and quality of purple leaf lettuce,understand the different light quality and potassium ion concentration under the interaction of purple leaf lettuce ANS gene expression,the effect of light on plant physiology and molecular levels to explore and the inner link of potassium on purple leaf lettuce growth.The main results are as follows:1.The effects of different light and potassium on the biomass of purple leaf lettuce were studied.The results showed that,compared with CK,R significantly promoted the growth of the ground in different potassium concentrations.B significantly improved seedling height and stem thickness,promoted root growth,and B showed an advantage in growth and development of purple leaf lettuce.R/B promotes the increase of fresh weight on the ground,but it inhibits the height and leaf area of the purple leaf lettuce.At the same time,under different potassium ion concentration,the concentration of potassium is 30?g/mL of biomass is the lowest,showed growth is restrained,with the increase of potassium ion concentration,purple leaf lettuce biomass growth trends,in 120?g/mL to 150?g/mL has balanced advantages,under the 180?g/mL concentration,the biomass indexes were significantly reduced.Under the condition of light and potassium interaction,the interaction between B and potassium ion concentration of 150?g/mL was the most favorable to promote the growth of lettuce biomass.2.The effects of different light and potassium on the nutritional quality of purple leaf lettuce were studied.The results show that R,B and R/B can significantly improve the soluble protein,soluble sugar content and decrease the nitrate content in different potassium concentrations.R can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of purple leaf lettuce on potassium ion.The content of vitamin C in R,B and R/B was significantly increased in the range of 90?g/mL to 120?g/mL.There was no significant difference in the content of vitamin C under the concentration of 180?g/mL.Under the condition of light quality and potassium interaction,the concentration of B and potassium was 150?g/mL the most favorable for improving the nutritional quality of purple leaf lettuce.3.The effects of different light and potassium on photosynthetic pigments and anthocyanin content in purple leaf lettuce were studied.The results showed that,compared with CK,R was significantly promoted chlorophyll a synthesis in the range of potassium ion concentration of 30?g/mL?90?g/mL,and the chlorophyll b synthesis was inhibited.When the potassium concentration of B and R/B is at the 6?g/mLto 120?g/mL the potassium ion concentration,the chlorophyll a increases with the increase of potassium ion concentration,and significantly promotes the synthesis of chlorophyll B.Compared with CK,the interaction between R and different potassium ion concentrations significantly inhibited anthocyanin synthesis.The content of anthocyanin in R/B decreased with the increase of potassium ion.The content of anthocyanin increases with the increase of potassium ion concentration in the range of potassium ion concentration of 60?g/mL?150?g/mL.In the condition of the interaction between light and potassium,the interaction between B and potassium concentration of 150?g/mL and the interaction of R/B and potassium concentration of 120 ?g/mL can significantly improve the photosynthetic pigment and anthocyanin content of lettuce.4.The effects of different photoplasm and potassium on the gene expression of lettuce were studied.The results showed that the expression of ANS gene was consistent with that of anthocyanin.The results verified that the anthocyanin synthase ANS gene plays a key role in the synthesis of anthocyanin in the light and potassium interactions.The expression of ANS gene under R was lower than CK,B and R/B under any potassium concentration,and the expression of ANS gene was inhibited by red light,and the difference was significant.The interaction between B and potassium concentration of 150?g/mL significantly promoted the basic expression of the lettuce ANS.5.To establish the mathematical model of purple leaf lettuce growth and nutrition indicators,comprehensive analysis of light quality and potassium against each purple leaf lettuce growth quality and the effect of study:the interaction between B and potassium concentration of 150?g/mL under processing purple leaf lettuce growth index and nutritional index were greater than other treatment,which showed the best comprehensive advantages.
