Although the area of agricultural development in China is in the first place in the world at present,the agricultural output is far below the average level of the developed countries in the world.The cause of this result is that the irrigation and fertilization technology in China is relatively backward,and it lacks the corresponding scientific,informational and unified management.With the rapid development of Internet of things and other technologies,intelligent agriculture will become the trend of agriculture in the future.The control of crops water requirements and fertilizer requirement must be based on scientific decision-making,not by human experience.This topic focuses on the information management technology of intelligent agriculture and the preparation technology of precision water and fertilizer,and the main research is as follows:(1)Analyze the development status and existing problems of intelligent fertilizer control technology for water and fertilizer integration at home and abroad,set up the Internet of things management platform,the platform is divided into 4 levels by using layered design ideas:physical perception layer,data transmission layer,information decision layer,and application control layer.According to this platform,multi-dimensional information collection can be solved in the process of intelligent fertilizer distribution,intelligent decision and remote control to guide the irrigation and fertilization operation.(2)Combined with the rapid development of water soluble fertilizer market,a kind of intelligent water and fertilizer machine which can complete the preparation of solid fertilizer has been developed.The intelligent fertilizer control system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed based on modularization idea.The control algorithm of irrigation and fertilization is added,and the real-time closed loop feedback is added to ensure the accuracy of water and fertilizer solution preparation.With the touch screen technology,a good human-computer interface is designed and the two-way communication with the Internet of things management platform is realized on the basis of ModBus protocol.(3)Using the embedded technology,developed a kind of automatic backwash filter control system,the system based on STM32 micro controller can realize the automatic backwashing control task,and the key to upload information management platform of IOT filtration and backwashing process,comprehensive analysis of key information processing,remote receiving backwashing instruction,to achieve wisdom water saving.(4)A fuzzy controller is designed to solve the nonlinear problem of the control of the concentration of water and fertilizer in the intelligent control system.Based on the fuzzy control theory,the variable domain and fuzzy control rules of the control system are formulated.The superiority of the fuzzy controller is verified by the test.Through the above research work,the development of the intelligent control system is completed.The actual test proves that the system can meet the actual control requirements.
