The material of this experiment is the annual Phoebe zhennan S.Lee seedlings,and using the pot planting experiment method.Through the design of five nitrogen level:0 g/plant(N0),0.3 g/strain(N1)0.6 g/strain(N2),1 g/plant(N3),2 g/plant(N4 interchange),eight repeat each level.The main results are as follows:(1)The nitrogen deposition influence on PhoebezhennanS.Lee plant heights diameter.With the incre-ase of nitrogen concentration,PhoebezhennanS.Lee seedling plant height and ground diameter showed a trend of lower afer the first increase.In nitrogen concentration as 0 g/plant,0.3 g/strain,0.6 g/strain,1 g/plant,2 g/plant interchange of four processing,nitrogen deposition on the growth of plant height and ground diameter,plant height and ground diameter showed a trend of growing,under the concentration of 1 g/plant treatment plant height and ground diameter to reach maximum.In nitrogen concentration for 2 g/plant interchange,under the process of nitrogen deposition on plant height and ground diameter growth promoting effect to reduce gradually,presents the tendency of lower plant height and ground diameter.The PhoebezhennanS.Lee seedling leaf area,biomass,specific leaf weight increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration is presented first after reducing trend,root-shoot ratio shows the tendency of monotone decreasing.,focusing on biomass,leaf area specific leaf nitrogen concentration for 0 g/plant,0.3 g/strain,0.6 g/strain,1 g/plant,2 g/plant interchange of four processing growth trends,reach maximum concentrations in 1 g/plant treatment.Under the processing of nitrogen concentration for 2 g/plant interchange,leaf area,biomass,specific leaf weight of promoting effect shows the tendency of decrease.The PhoebezhennanS.Lee seedling root morphology index of total with long,total projection area,total surface area,average diameter,root volume,root number increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration monotone increasing trends.Experiment under the level of nitrogen concentration of the seedlings of PhoebezhennanS.Lee plays a significant role in the growth of root system.(2)Nitrogen deposition on physiological characteristics of Phoebe zhennan had promoting action.Soluble protein and soluble sugar content increased with the increase of nitrogen level to promote inhibition after trends.1 g/plant level processing is the best for Phoebe zhennan,and all the best to promote the increase of the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar.2 g/plant interchange level processing began to inhibit the increase of the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar.Nitrogen deposition on the chlorophyll content of the Phoebe zhennan has a certain role in promoting.Chlorophyll a + b and chlorophyll a/b are to promote to the increase of nitrogen level after the trend of the inhibition.1 g/plant level processing is the best for Phoebe zhennan,and all the best to promote the increase of the content of chlorophyll.2 g/plant interchange level processing began to inhibit the increase of chlorophyll content.The photosynthesis of Phoebe zhennan S.Lee is affected by nitrogen deposition.Diurnal change of photosynthetic parameters such as net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate increased with the increase of nitrogen level and promoted its activity,especially the 1 g/plant level is best for them.The processing of 2 g/plant level treatment than N3 level to promote the level of effect is poor.The changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm also increased with the increase of nitrogen levels.Through the comprehensive growth,physiological characteristics and photosynthetic indicators for seedling quality analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis of membership functions,the results show that the optimum amount of nitrogen fertilizer seedling quality is the best 1 g/plant treatment.
