Paulownia,the most widely distributed species of Paulownia,is known for its rapid growth and high economic value.Based on the analysis of the growth characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,leaf nutrient elements and ISSR molecular markers,the characteristics of different species of Paulownia Paulownia were studied in this study.The main results were as follows:the characteristics of different species of Paulownia Paulownia from 10 different provenances of Guangxi.1.Six geographical sources of Paulownia Paulownia were studied in Tianlin,Baise,Nandan,Luzhai,Shangsi and Nanning.There was no significant difference in the high growth of Paulownia Paulownia from different provenances in the young forest.There were significant differences in tree height,breast diameter,individual volume and branch number.Among them,Nanning species was the local dominant source and growth index.The growth of all the Tian Lin provenances is the dominant source of the breast diameter,and the deer Village is the dominant source of the largest number of branches.All the indexes of Shangsi show inferiority.The comprehensive cluster analysis of different provenances can be divided into three categories,the upper thought is a single class,Baise and Nanning are a class,Tian Lin,Nandan and deer Village are a class.2.We compared photosynthetic characters of six strains of Paulownia fortune,including Henan,Tianlin,Nandan,Luzhai and Shangsi.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b(Chla/b),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(GS),water use sufficiency(WUE)among Henan and Guangxi.But in four strains of Guangxi of Paulownia forune stains,there were no significant differences.Correlation analysis showed that the Paulownia fortune varieties with high photosynthetic potential.Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were significant correlations between Ct,Chla/b and Pn,Tr,GS,WUE;significantly positive correlations between Pn and Tr,GS(P<0.01);significantly negative correlations between Tr and WUE,GS and WUE(P<0.01).The results indicated that the chlorophyll total content in the leaves have directly relation with photosynthesis and it was characteristic of Pn and Tr,GS to have better cooperative response and Tr,GS and WUE had a very close relationship.3.The analysis of nutrient elements in the clones of Paulownia Paulownia showed that the difference of nitrogen and phosphorus in different forest age was large,and the difference of potassium was not significant.Baise was the dominant source in the source of big tree age,and the source of the three pond in Nanning was the dominant species in the source of small tree age.The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in each source of the same forest age were very significant differences.According to the storage capacity of the nutrient elements,12 Paulownia Paulownia were cluster analyzed,which could be divided into two species of tree age tree and small tree age species.The Baise Shangsi was a separate one,and the remaining 4 species were one type;the 7 Guilin in Lingui.Wuzhou provenance is one class.The remaining Luo Cheng,Nanning three pond and Nanning 303 belong to one category,which basically conform to geographical location classification.4.Genetic diversity of 12 P.fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.]was revealed by ISSR—PCR(Inter—simple sequence repeat).A total number of 12 unambiguous bands were amplified from the 12 P.fortunei with 10 primers screened from 60 ISSR primers,40 of which were polymorphic,and their polymorphism frequency was 63.49%%The Nei's genetic distances of the 12 P.fortunei ranged from 0.082 to 0.414.The tested P.fortunei were divided into 3 groups by UPGMA(unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average)based on Nei's genetic distances.The genetic relationship of the 5 1 tea cultivars revealed by the ISSR dendrogram would be helpful for selecting the parents in P.fortunei programs.
